Very nice property. Helpful reception staff - despite the language barrier.
Well-kept, large rooms with large bath towels, shower gel sachets, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities, small tables, and chairs.
A lovely mixed blend of classic meets modern.
Suitably located for both the bus terminus and train station.
Highly recommended room 5 for a family of four with older or younger children.
Good value for money.
This was just an overnight stop for us. We would stay an extra day or two next time to explore the second largest city in Latvia.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Communication problems easily overcome with translation apps. Great location just off main street and close to train station. Highly recommended!

- Unusual chickens as pets on hotel area, funny chickens.
Sometimes thinking that this hotel should increase its prices a bit.
Since its personal preference it does not count as con, there is no hard soap (only liquid one).

Fine for what you pay for. The breakfast was also fine definitely considering it was only a couple euros extra. The hotel is close to the city centre but I a little dodgy street.
It was very noisy. I could hear al the outside sounds and there where a lot. So if your a light sleeper like me it’s gone be a broken night

Very tasty breakfast. Drinks (tea, coffee are standard). You can order a dish to your taste! Excellent location, next to Rigas street, very quiet

It would be nice to have an electrical outlet near the bed, so I could get all comfy with my phone while also charging it. Or maybe provide an extension cord for use with father-away outlets. Otherwise everything was pretty much ideal.

Great location! Just a three to four minute walk from the bus station and within waking distance of attractions, supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable and there were two chairs and an end table in the room that provided a nice little sitting area. Owner/Manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe there as a solo traveler.
Wifi was a bit spotty.
