Service, staff,location!!

Room size was large. Bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure. Big parking lot.

Some of the appointments were needing to be updated like the desk chair. The door locking mechanism was from the 1970's but worked.

It was clean and was ready when I got there

Need vegan option other than fruit.

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The hotel felt safe and secure. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was bright and spacious.

Breakfast was served to us on trays, though a buffet might have been nicer. The coffee with milk was awful.

The room was fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable. Locality is great too - nice and central. There is a lovely friendly restaurant just round the corner El Corralero.

The breakfast was disappointing... a couple of slices of cheap bread, ham cheese tiny bit of jam and luke warm coffee. The breakfast room wasn't very welcoming either, basically you went to a hatch and was handed a ready made up tray. Would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room for a coffee first thing in the morning.

It’s well located, room was big and warm in a really cold night. Really clean and excellent beds.

A bit overpriced as there are better options for a lower price. Decorations are really “poor”. Desktop and chair in the room are not confortable and low quality.
