フロントの男性で鈴木さんという方の対応はとても親切で好感を持ちました。また宿泊したいです。

午前９時半ごろ。まだ部屋で眠って居たところ、誤って清掃のスタッフさんが入ってきました。 すぐに謝罪していただきましたが、本当に驚きました。

Personeel sprak geen of slecht Engels. het ontbijt was matig. De locatie is iets buiten de mooie hoofdstraat.

Old style hotel. Still using room key. Need to drop the key at front desk

Very comfortable beds and reasonably sized room. Very close to Shizuoka station and easy to access. Staff is very nice and are helping the best they can. Vending machines and a microwave are also available.

This hotel is using hotel keys (not keycards), which you need to return to front desk when you go out and need to pick it up again when you come back. This is not a big problem at all, but maybe upgrading to keycards might make this hotel more 'modern'.

Close to the station

Front lobby was looks new, the room was old. The bathroom was so tiny.

Room was a bit small for our big suitcases. But we managed fine!
