A+ on everything but the grills and grilling area had to call Andre as no one cleaned them and are in Bad shape - he did have them cleaned and sent grill toppers over and said they were thinking of replacing- needed get a good gas grille and put a timer shut off for the gas Recommend and will stay again Guppy’s across the street is great and only 20 minutes from airports and Rays stadium

Everything was great. I would have someone inspect lint duct for the dryer it look pretty packed and it wasn’t something we could clean. Just a safety item. This is my second time staying in this unit. Everything is well taken care of. Thank you.

This property was exactly as advertised; it was super clean; the beds were comfortable; the shower was good; and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The owner supplied a lot of beach equipment (chairs, towels, a frisbee, etc.). As for the owner himself -- he's the responsive I've ever dealt with; he answered any and all questions within an hour. The balcony has only a partial view of the ocean (and it was often too windy to sit out, but that's hardly the owner's fault), but it's a pleasant place to sit. The rental was more expensive than I had initially wanted, but we'd consider going there again.

Hamilton house is one of my favorite places in Florida. Love the location.

Nice condo in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and steps to the beach. Andre was very responsive and accommodating!

Overall very well equipped with all kitchen items,towels,bedding. Communication with host was excellent and location was great. Comfortable furniture. Could use directions on TV use.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy condo. It was in a nice location and convenient to what we wanted to do.

Great weather and perfect location. We come every year at this time to visit grandchildren. Met a lot of great people also staying here. Loved every minute of it!

This is by far the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit. It had all of the little things like hand soap, laundry soap, tissues, and stuff like that to just make everything more simple. The unit was very spacious and clean. Also had plenty of beach gear available for use which is a huge plus when you fly and are limited on space. Would give it 6 stars if that was an option!

This was our second time returning. This time we brought the family. Great vacation , one of the best locations. Andre can't thank you enough for being a great host. We will definitely be back.

Place was clean and beach was great

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The condo was clean and inviting!! Andre was delightful to deal with and very responsive to talk to. All the beds were comfortable and even had a washer dryer in the unit!! Close by resturants/bars. Had all the beach equipment you need for a day at the beach!! We stayed a week and will be back!!

Andre made the process so easy!!! Was clean and supplies were in abundance. Not necessarily updated but very enjoyable.

We loved this VRBO. It was clean, close to beach, shops, and restaurants. It easy check in, parking, and good communication. The were plenty of beach supplies available for use.

The condo is in a great location, close to Clearwater, St Pete’s and John’s Pass. A lot of great shops and restaurants near by. Easy and quick access to the beach. It was a bonus go have beach chairs and umbrellas for use. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Owner was quick to answer any questions. The condo was as expected from pictures, clean and stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is ok and as described on the pics. Close to the beach. Nice beach and area. Pool is smaller then it looks and always full with people. Thin walls. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud and made the nights uncomfortable with yelling and loud noise and music. Talked to the manager and he tried but the neighbours would be quiet for a day then start the noise the next day again. The condo is ok. Has plenty of towels. Has beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. There is an elevator but very hot inside it. The area is nice and afternoons at the beach are awesome. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient to everything and beach is beautiful

If you are looking for a condo in a great location with great beach access, look no further. This condo's amenities ticked all of the boxes I was looking for, and it did not disappoint. As a property manager and leasing agent in the commercial real estate industry, I will admit I am a bit of a "white glove inspector" when it comes to accommodations. This condo and the management did not disappoint. They thought of every detail and then some. All items necessary for a great day at the beach where their for our use. The condo was immaculate with all of the amenities to make our stay feel like home. Access was extremely easy upon arrival. The building and grounds are very secure. Parking was fantastic. Loved the elevator. The huge balcony with outdoor dining and wonderful lounge chairs were very much appreciated. The balcony is so large you could actually do yoga out there; I have never seen such a large balcony in a rental. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the only downside was we couldn't stay longer. Andre` was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return again soon!

The condo was very clean, just as described, and Andre was very responsive. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs for the very short walk to the white beaches! Condo is situated for easy walk or short drive to restaurants. Overall excellent stay!

Condo was very clean...kitchen was equipped with basic necessities. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were an added bonus. Check in details were provided ahead of time and were very easy and accommodating. Condo is within walking distance of a convenience store and lots of good restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend renting this condo. Would definitely stay again

This condo was perfect for us! Checking in and out was easy. The condo was exactly as it was advertised! Host was easily reached when needed. We had an issue with one of the toilets and that was taken care of very promptly! The beach was so close, pool was nice and clean. There’s public transportation within walking distance. Amazing restaurants and bar near by too. I look forward to staying here again!

I have been to IRB many times over the last 30 years. I love the location. Easy to get to from the airport. Many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Condo is on the beach, very clean and good communication with owner Andre. We would stay here again. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break stay in this Indian Rocks condo. It provides easy access to the beach and many great restaurants are across the street or easy walking distance. It was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Communication with our host was very good. An all-around enjoyable experience!

Enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for us. Liked the quieter northern part of IRB. Unit was very clean, well equipped and fairly recently updated. View from balcony is nice/partial view as described, but if you are looking to warm up on a cool day, or sun bathe on the deck, know that this deck gets no sun. Great for hot days I’m sure, or working on a computer outdoors. Beach and pool are only steps away

Very nice condo as described. Building is older but everything is renovated. All doors, elevator, pool, and beach access locked, require code. We liked that, feels safe. Solid cement/stucco construction minimizes noise from other units. Small building not many units, only 3 floors. The ample balcony (not screened just fyi not a bad thing) is maybe the best feature. Maybe 20' long and very private with cement walls on either end, with ocean view and you can hear the live entertainment that is outside at Chicago Jaqx right across the street every night except Tuesdays. We practically lived out there. It is a very busy street/main drag. "Cozy" suggests small but unit is very spacious. Living area, dining area, kitchen, ample space for two couples and bedroom layout is very private with bedrooms on opposite ends, separated by closets and bathrooms. Master bedroom is very large with ample closets and ocen view from bed reflected from mirror. One bathroom is right next to the kitchen and no fans in either bathroom. Kitchen well equipped - we are cook/eat at home people and it was great. Beautiful beach steps away. Unit has two very nice umbrellas and many beach chairs and a cooler. Beach was very nice, very busy on the weekend - we realized there is a lot of public beach parking close by. Beach much quieter during the week, but thay may have been due to unfortunate and very unusual for this time of year red tide that caused respiratory irritation, coughing, and small dead fish. But that had no bearing on the condo which is very nice. Pool area is nice but very small, not a lot of room/seats during busy daytime.
