well presented, modern, clean, had everything I needed, well situated I recommend warmly .... walking distance to touristic attractions like the chineese museum and the J ward....

a small problem with the fridge.... was full of water and did not freeze well.... completely had to clean it and wipe the water and when I left, there was still water leaking no information about the opening hours of the chineese museum... only in chineese..... NOISE terrible all night from trucks and train....... there is a choice for rooms at the back but I do not think it makes a difference.... trucks between adelaide and melbourne roll all night and the train is just on the other side of the street. Do not go if you are a light sleeper

Trucks driving past all night. Thin walls. could hear everything the couple in the next room were doing. Everything!!! Multiple times!!!!!!

The room was good and clean. But there was nothing to say how to control te electronics

Reception was closed on arrival at 5pm despite having advised of our arrival time. We had to phone to get told how to access the room. There was no one at reception in the morning and so no access to breakfast despite being told when we booked that there would be breakfast available. It was so impersonal that we would never stay there again and will advise our friends to steer clear as well. The hospitality business is run on personal contact and these people have no idea how important that is.
