We enjoyed our stay very, very much (even if the weather didn't play along). Chiara is an exeptional host, and that goes way beyond the much mentioned free croissants in the morning. Also, it's very clean, and has the closest shopping opportunity we ever had (literally one floor downstairs without any noise being notable), free and safe parking, just a few minutes (maybe 10 going slowly) to walk to the city center. A nice community terrace and our own tiny private balcony on the second floor in our appartment. If you plan on cooking, the supermarket downstairs has a great selection of fresh products (fish, meat, cheese, bread, and even meals), but you might want to consider bringing a small amount of your preferred spices, salt and oil (it's available in the supermarket, but only in larger quantity - still for very little money) or check out the coop that's just a few hundred meters away.

Only suggestion - and that's not a critisism, just a suggestion - might be to make one or two small chairs available for the afore mentioned private tiny balcony, but that's all.

Great stay at the apartment in Castiglone Della Pescaia. The staff are wonderful especially Chiara, with the beautiful friendly smile. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the center and beach. The apartments are clean and modern. There is also a beautiful shaded terrace, perfect for gathering in the evening. There is a supermarket in the basement which is really handy and well stocked.

Appartanent is very confortable, new furniture, clean.

Chiara is a very nice host and we felt welcome from the very 1st minute. We liked the good central location with bikes available for free, the supermarket right next to the door or rather underneath and the good coffee machine placed on the terrace.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped & very convenient with underground parking & bike hire included.

Location near a busy roundabout but excellent soundproofing meant this was not an issue.

Friendliness off hosts and helpfulness. Morning delivery of croissants and bread rolls. Welcome drinks party. Proximity of property to Castiglione Alla Pescaia. Use of bicycles
