Excellent location! Spacious apartment, fairly sound-proof windows and comfortable temperature with the A/C.

Very worn down, quite dirty. Smells of mold in the little utility room where the washing machine is. Constant dripping water and signs of water damage above the toilet. Very hard mattress in the double bed with plastic protective sheet (=clammy). Many of the appliances (coffee maker etc) did not work.

location location location. With family next to park Paillon was so good plus a short walk to the promenade.

elevator didn’t fit our buggy.

Everything was perfect: location, spacious of apartment, the kitchen was well equipped (expect the lack of coffee machine), large front room (especially when you have 3 kids and many shoes:)). The best boulangerie was 3 minutes walk and beach 5 minutes walk, shopping area 4 minutes walk, famous Fenocchio icecream stop 5 minutes walk. The street was not very noisy. The host was extra helpful. Wifi was ok to do remote work. Great place to stay with kids because the playground and famous Massena fountains are only 3 minutes walk. Highly recommended!

We missed coffee machine:).

The property is spacious and the location is great. The beds are comfortable, Great Air conditioning unit,

very old furnitures some of them completely malfunctional.The cooking pans are overused ( scratched)with broken hands There was no internet connection during our stay and It was not fixed though we repeatedly ask to be fixed.. The cellular service was also poor inside the apartment so we have to go outside the apartment to even make a phone call..

We really appreciated the host's flexibility in the middle of what is a challenging Coronavirus situation. Our booking was originally timed to coincide with a cycling event in Nice that was initially cancelled and then rescheduled. Despite the booking being made with 100% non-refundable cancellation fees, the hosts were very communicative and allowed us to move the booking to a later date at no cost. This was very much appreciated.

Very clean, modern, well equipped apartment in a perfect central location. We were met on arrival by a lovely and very helpful English speaking local. Happily recommend to anyone and will be coming back next year ourselves.
