There was some day to day variation in breakfast. The lady in charge of housekeeping really tried to solve the problems caused my management.

We were charged the holiday rate if about NT$7000 per night. For the price I would have expected a hotel with working air conditioning. The hotel didn't turn on the central air conditioning until the 2nd day when I complained. My partner complained that the first room we were given smelled of smoke. It didn't bother me, but the hotel gave us another room. Staff seemed upset that we wanted to drink the juice that had been set out as complimentary. In house entertainment didn't quite work even after a technician came to try to help.

Provide baby cribs, bathtub, and sterilizer for free. In-room water dispenser. Drinks in the mini-bar. Jacuzzi tub in the toilet. Youtube in TV - able to stream cartoons for kids. But just be careful as it also contains an adult film channel too.

Waited a long time for check-in from the parking entrance. Check-in opens at 18:00 only. Forget the room request but quickly reorganized. Forget extra towel asked on the next day. Basically need to send a reminder. Requested to change baby crib liners as it has much hair inside.
