I was little doubtful about how a guest house will look like whether i should book a hotel but to my surprise The Haven excelled in all ways. Whether it be the comfort,the facilities,the host what not.thankyou so much uncle and aunty for being a wonderful host. Now i dont have a second thought of where to book my stay when i come again to Goa. Pros: -neat room -big cots -neat washroom - ro facility - washing machine ( i have a small baby and this helped me a lot) -kettle - its very close to candolim beach and baga and calangute is 30mins drive.if you hire a scooter its all set. - wonderful host🙂

Cons: - breakfast option was not there. Even for swiggy it shows 50-60 mins for any restaurant - wifi should be a lil more better as signal is weak in many places

The location was very close to the condolim beach. The placing of the villa made it easier for conveyance to all the beaches. Mrs. Angela and Mr. Roberto are real sweethearts who made us feel at home. They are very accommodating and helpful which makes it a place to stay anytime we visit Goa in the future.

There isnt anything that we didnt like. It was an excellent stay for that price.

5th visit to Candolim and best experience so far. Had the pleasure of staying for 5 weeks Dec19 to Jan20. Perfect hosts!!! Friendly and accommodating. Spacious clean serviced apt. Highly recommend. Pleasant 15-20 min stroll to restraunts and beach through countryside with lots to see, waterbuffallo, kingfishers and parakeets to name a few. The Haven is a little heaven set in the heart of a friendly goan community, just off a main road and opposite a beautiful church. We sat for hours on the balcony overlooking the shared garden watching the goans go about thier everyday life. There were so many memorable moments from watching the halarious antics of the cows and bulls blocking the road and raiding the neighbours garbage, and the resident cockerell chasing the children and the chipmonks walking the washing lines. Beautifull sunsets from the rooftop terrace. And watching the large fruitbats at sunset fly over the rooftop terrace is an experience not to be missed. (Neighbours are taxi owners and provide an excellent *safe* service and *best rates*. Just ask! they are grateful for the business)
