The accommodation was in the centre of the city centre, with all amenities within walking distance. Easy access to the train station close to where the airport bus arrived

we were in the 4th floor (penthouse Appartment), it is big with a nice terrace, direct access through the elevator. the host was very helpful with his indications and extra help to register our car in the ZTL area. There is free parking available in the square next to the apartment (it is busy but we always found a spot), walking distance to main attractions in the city center

Close to public transportation and major sightseeings.

The apartment was not clean at the time of the arrival.

The hosts were really nice, great and fast communication via WhatsApp, they also awaited us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, cozy, and clean. By car it is very close to the city center.

It was a little bit difficult to find the house because we arrived at night.

Very helpful staff! Got great tips to where to eat and what to do in Palermo. They were flexible and helpful when it came to check-in and check-out times (our plane left very early in the morning)

Absolutely faultless.

Great spacious and clean apartment with excellent location (historic center) close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc. Air conditioner both in the room and living room. Martina was super friendly and helped with everything. I needed a later check out and was absolutely no problem, she was very kind letting me stay.

Location Terrasse Staff

The owner Cristina, and the employees Martina and Salam are truly wonderful, they were constantly making sure that we were comfortable! They helped us out with the car situation (you need to register your car's license plate to move around Palermo, and they took care of that for us). The room was super clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen/living room area had everything necessary for our stay. The apartments are about 2-3 minute walk from the main via in the Old Town Center.

This has nothing to do with the apartment or the hosts - just a heads up: The opposite side of the apartment (walking away from the center) was in a sketchy area, and we weren't super comfortable leaving the car overnight. On that side of the apartments the roads are full of trash, unfortunately. But if you want to limit your visit to the center, you basically only need to go through these streets upon arrival.

Super kind and hospitable staff. I encountered a problem at the beginning of my trip, and they have done everything they could, even beyond, to solve it and make my trip wonderful! If you are coming to Palermo this is place you want to stay!

Smallish kitchen but that was not a surprise

Central location, very close to all famous Palermo spots! Cristina is a lovely host, super helpful and kind. Apartments are big and clean, no more needed!

The apartment is spacious enough for 4 of us. Sofa bed is comfy and big enough for 2 adults. Kitchenette is small but we didn’t need to cook, so it’s ok. The best is the host/manageress Cristina! She speaks excellent English, and is always there to help especially when we have the language barrier communicating with the drivers. She helped us arrange a private transfer to and from airport and also to and from Tripani even a week after we have checked out AND when she was supposed to be on sick leave! All and all our trip went smoothly many thanks to her. I highly recommend Ponticello.
