it was very noisy from people coming home very late at night. No consideration for anybody else

The location was so close to Jetty Road, clean & comfy rooms. Bathroom was really clean & the code lock on the door was excellent as there was no worry about carrying around a key/card FOB.

Im sorry to say that the "Location" was the best thing about our stay

It was very, very dated and dirty. Would be one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in . Very disappointing ☹

The beds were nice, with clean linen, room kept a good temperature. Was sufficient room for us to spread out. No street noise.

The room didn't feel very clean, the fridge had spills in it, the bathroom could have been cleaner as well.

They out the wrong wifi network name in the brochure and took me 2 days to work it out

Great location - unit basic but has potential - when I first arrived I was happy with first impressions but disappointed when closer look ... did not feel comfortable as did not feel in totally clean suroundings ...

Food had been left half eaten container in micro wave & full set of used towels from previous occupants hanging on back of bathroom door ... just did not feel clean and could not relax ... normally not an issue for me but it was this time as too many reminders of previous occupants .... appears cleaner does a really good job in some areas but perhaps does not have sufficient time to do a 100% total clean / total check of entire unit ... Great potential and all the basic fittings you need with parking in front of unit and close to all Glenelg facilities, terrific shower pressure and plenty of room with good fittings - if I felt clean then I would give it a high rating ... I booked 2 nights but left in the evening of the second day and drove home rather than sleep second night - my own choice based on not feeling totally clean in unit and also had planned to drink alcohol at nearby function but in the end no alcohol due to need for anitbiotics so I was able to safely drive several hours to my country home ... I have lived & slept in basic places, dusty and not 100% clean but I have never felt 'dirty' as I did when inside this unit - think I only felt dirty because there had not been a through full clean since previous occupants .... over-all I would recomend Taft apartments for service - remote staff but efficient and friendly, also recommend for location and parking - recommend for unit size, furniture and fittings - but - very, very limited & basic cutley, cups & dishes - I would suggest some b.y.o. in that area and bring some basic cleaning gear just incase it is needed ... Over-all Taft apartments are worthy of serious consideration ... my experience most likely one of - if no food in microwave and no wet towels in bathroom then totally different review ...

It was on the top floor-no lift so carrying suitcases upstairs was problematic.

It was all lovely, everything you needed in one spot and the location is perfect.

Location of the Taft is excellent, nice and close to Glenelg and also public transport to the city

The cold water tap in the shower did not turn off, bath was dirty, a lot of light in the room at night from the neighbouring properties and the blinds not sealing

Great location, two blocks to Glenelg beach, eateries, and shops. Easy access to tram, Adelaide CBD approx 35 minute trip, no fuss credit card tap to ride. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Old but neat and clean.

No on-site management but easy access to room and great communication.

All good and safe. Great location!

The room could do with better cleaning as the bedside table wasn't wiped down and it was dirty in corners

Convenient for the beach and main street in Glenelg and close to tram stop for the city. Room was quite spacious, with a small couch, large comfortable bed and decent sized table and chairs for meals.

No staff member available on site for check in. I had problems with my mobile phone SIM card so did not get the message on the day we arrived and could not make any calls about how to access our room. We were only able to get the necessary information thanks to a kind local resident who called the owner on our behalf. No key was provided just a coded lock which proved a bit tricky to operate at times.

Great location only a few minutes from Glenelg beach and eateries/bars. Really clean, comfortable, quiet. Had everything you could need. Easy check in. Didn't meet any staff, but they were friendly to communicate with over the phone. Would definitely recommend!

There was nowhere to sit outside, but this is only a small thing as you're so close to Glenelg you can just go there to enjoy the outside.

Could walk to most places we wanted or needed to in that area. The room for the price was a pretty good space and apart from stained carpet that was a bit grotty (and didn't get a vacuum in 9 days) - it was otherwise pretty good. Had to empty our own bins, but that's not so bad with an OK tariff...... Swings and roundabouts huh? Extremely happy that AC worked mostly well except it might need a service as the strength wasn't very high as volume of cold air was mostly nearer to the AC unit / kitchen and the bed & beyond didn't benefit as much as perhaps it might if unit were to be serviced/ filters cleaned? AC was the main HUGE plus, just could have been a bit stronger / pushing cool air further.

The glasses were all small in the kitchen cupboard so it was annoying having to have 3 or 4 drinks from a small glass - instead of one long satisfying drink! And would be nice to have 4 of everything instead of 2 knives, forks etc - just easier than always having to wash up or if visitors called in having to take turns The shower rose spurts in all directions plus won't stay put at a high level and it takes a bit of maneuvering when eg shampooing hair and need a good volume of water at once! Also would've liked to be able to stop the constant dripping of the shower head as it would waste of LOT of water!

Amazing location, short stroll to the hustle of Jetty Rd and Glenelg Beach, yet away from all the noise.

Apartment is basic but has everything you need. I was left disappointed with the cleanliness. There was alot of dust esp along the skirting boards which triggered my partners allergies.

The owner wasn’t very friendly and barely answered any questions/inquiries including phone calls. A blind was broken and never been fixed during the stay.
