This was an amazing experience: hotel was stunning, with charisma, full of history and at the same time, so modern in terms of facilities (lifts to all floors, automatic lights, double glazing windows considering the age of the property , facilities in the kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave and etc), and cleanliness (room was cleaned every day, new towels and etc). The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful, terrace was very nice. The view to the castle was fantastic. Location is so great and so central and very convenient. It was great to go for walks around. Hotel had private parking with charging station. The staff was great and so friendly. Especially Romina, was so helpful with everything, explained us everything in details, gave suggestions for activities and what we should visit. The certainly made us feel welcome and made an extra step to make our break unforgettable. Thank you for this experience.

The only negative aspect of this break was, that the time was running too fast and we didnt want to leave.

The property is amazing, the staff is absolutely the highlight! Never have seen such a welcoming and helpful staff with focus on details - the first reason for a revisit :) The location is central - a supermarket is 5 min away by feet. The breakfast ist very good, fresh and met my expectations.

The air condition was not meeting my expectations - hopefully until my next stay this will be improved :)

This place was amazing! It is a historic property that has been renovated to a very high standard. Rooms are comfortable and very clean! The shower works very well. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath are lovely. Breakfast is delicious - great variety of cheese, ham, fresh fruit, pastries / fresh cakes, fresh smoothie bar, fantastic coffee. Electric bikes to rent. Washing machine free to use. Lovely location in Arco, close to lake Garda and all the northern villages. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We had such a wonderful experience and a relaxing stay. Thank you!

We stayed during a heat wave in July, this meant the room was a little hot for us (we are British) as the AC does not go down as cold as we would have liked. However to resolve this we were able to move from the top floor to the ground floor, this was a really appreciated. Perhaps having a fan available would be great, but this is common in Europe and we still would rate this a 10/10!

Everything was perfect. we spent 5 amazing days with my family. All facilities was perfect. Every details and decors was incredible in this authentic hotel. The breakfast was so good. Bad was comfortable. The hotel in so quiet place. Emna was so kind and welcoming. ❤️

Amazing!!! We were speechless. The Villa is astonishing, the rooms, the garden, the pool. The location is perfect. ROMINA was the perfect host. We even manage to do our laundry during our stay there. The staff were very friendly for the kids as well.

Very nice property, well located - almost in the Arco center. Minimalistic design of the appartment, fully equipped and clean kitchen. Spacious and comfortable.
