This villa is made for only two people which is rather surprising giving the huge terrain around it and large tables. The decoration is “Bali/ USA wintersport cabin style” and build by the owner who lives in a caravan on the adjacent plot during the season the house is been rented out. The location is in between the Route Nationale 7 and the Peage and a railtrack. Hardly any disturbing notices though. The Hyper U is a 2 minute drive to Les Arcs, which has a very nice old town up hill. You can forget about Le Muy though. As far as the house is concerned; the kitchen is full equipped and American style with a huge fridge that produces ice cubes. The matras on the bed is firm. The bathroom is smaller then expected when seeing it on the pictures and a bit outdated, but the owner plans to renovate it next year. Bring a long power cable if you need to use electricity since we could not find power sockets in the garden. Maybe there are. The bbq place is awesome. There is a pizza oven but better go to the restaurant nearby. The swimming pool is also great and very welcome during a warm day. Don’t be surprised when two little dogs visite you from time to time, the are from the owner and super cute.

Bring some lotion against mosquitos since somehow there are many of them both in the morning and evening. The immediate direct surroundings look a bit dodgy at first glance when you expect to drive to a villa, however when you are trough the electric rolling door, you are in your own place without any notice of that. A person is taking care of the garden. He lives behind the villa, the first night we thought we heard animals, but later we noticed his place. He is not disturbing at all and works around the presence of the guests.
