This location is great, short walk to downtown and less than 30 min walk to beach. Lots of space in the house.

Great home! The space is so much bigger than the pictures make it seem, but yet the pics are very accurate. We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s and the host here takes care of you with so Abby thoughtful amenities from towels and extra toiletries and bikes and what not. The location is great too! We had an excellent time! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, only a few blocks from shops and restaurants downtown and walkable down to the river. It was very cold when we arrived (too cold for the beach), but we enjoyed hiking to the dunes at Rosy Mound Natural Area and our granddaughter loved playing at the Imagination Station playground. We did get to enjoy the beach later in the trip. The house was equipped with everything we needed, from cooking tools to games and toys. We loved having an array of bikes available and rode them everyday. There is a nice trail around Spring Lake and the North Bank trail is nice because it was away from the road. The toys were a huge hit and the games were fun for the rest of us. We did spend time relaxing on the porch also. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back again!

We stayed here with 3 kids under 3 and 2 sets of adults. It is set up in a nice peaceful neighborhood and has lots to do within walking distance from the house. I would book this VRBO again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Grand Haven. This home offers easy access to the downtown entertainment area, and is very close to the warm sandy beach. The house was clean and very well stocked. We were extremely impressed by the play table and toys for our grandson, as well as bikes for every age. I think the home felt larger than the pictures make it look. The neighborhood was great, and quiet streets and sidewalks made biking and walking a breeze. We would definately stay again. Thank you.

This was my first VRBO experience. The house was very comfortable and had lots of great amenities. It is located close to downtown and everything we wanted to see and do. There were some communications and housekeeping glitches upon check-in, but the property manager and housekeeper fixed them to our satisfaction. I would rent this house again, and we absolutely loved Grand Haven.

My family, from teens to my 80 year old mom, enjoyed a relaxing week in Grand Haven. The house is in more of a residential area with a cute front porch and a garage full of bikes, corn hole and picnic table. The kitchen has an island bar for people keeping you company while you cook. We rode our bikes (about a mile?) to the beach every day without any problems. The stairs are a bit steep for seniors FYI, but fine for the rest of us. Overall the house is a bit cuter and larger than the photos show, especially in the living room and kitchen. Overall we had a lovely time in this charming house.

Overall our stay was great. House had plenty of room and was comfortable. I do not like to be negative but this might help with future peoples stays. We did not have enough towels. The towels and some cleaning supplies were in a closet that had a code. I had to leave a message for the Property Mgr and she got back with me the next day. My fault I didn't write the code down as I was talking to her when she gave it to me so I could not access the brooms to sweep the kitchen floor. Also, the property has a tile counter top which I have never dealt with and that was a bear to keep clean. I don't think it would cost too much to put some sort of solid counter in there, I'm sure I'm not the only person who didn't like the tile counter with the grout lines. Hope this doesn't sound too picky, overall the house was great and the location was awesome!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. We loved sitting on the porch for morning coffee and for cocktails in the evening. Downtown is walking distance which we loved. We would absolutely come back again and recommend to anyone.

Our family has a wonderful time starting at your home. The kids loved the foosball table and the train table! We relaxed. We rode bikes. We did all the fun things Grand Haven had to offer with such ease because of the location. The house was very clean and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!!

The house was perfect for our family of four last minute long weekend getaway. Within walking distance of nearly everything (restaurants, shops, ice cream, musical fountain, boardwalk, etc.). Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay with our family and my brothers family. We took the upstairs and they had the basement. It was nice to have separate spaces. The house had everything we needed including toys for young ones and games for everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Perfect space for the 5 of us. Location was great, right down the street from all the restaurants and beach. Riding our bikes to and from the beach was super easy. Would definitely recommend this house to friends

We had the best stay at this perfectly appointed house for families. The house had everything we needed including bikes, games, kids toys and linens. The proximity to downtown was amazing…we walked to everything! We sat on the front porch every night for happy hour and had a wonderful trip at this cute cottage.

It's the perfect location! It's only a few blocks away from down town, only a block or two from the main in and out roads of Grand Haven and close enough to even walk to the beach if you wanted. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. The house itself has such charm. Plenty of room for a family or a few friends. Kid friendly and everything you need for whatever you plan on doing in Grand Haven. I've already told friends and family this is a great get-away house! We plan on booking again!

This is actually the 2nd time we rented this house. The house was the perfect size, very clean and had a great location (walking distance to downtown). The fuseball table was a hit with the kids. We loved how there were extra bikes in the garage for those who were unable to bring theirs. Heidi was easy to get a hold of and we were able to get into the house on time, actually a bit early which was great. This rental was amazing and hopefully we will be back next year.

We were a party of six and this accommodation was perfect for us. Very nicely located blocks from downtown and the waterfront yet far enough away to be quiet. We actually felt the property was better than represented in the listing photos.

This house was perfect! We had 3 couples and two small children stay for a long weekend & could not have been happier. It was cute, clean & had everything we needed - including toys, games & bikes for everyone! The location of the house was perfect! We were so close to downtown! We walked to ice cream, restaurants & breweries and watched a show at the Magical Fountain. The beach isn’t that far away but wasn’t walkable with the kids. I would absolutely recommend this house and we will definitely be back!

Loved staying in Grand Haven! Our rental allowed us to walk to downtown, the beach and pier! It was in close proximity to everything! We will rent again!

This house is great for a stay with small children. Having bikes and some small toys was a fun bonus. The location is wonderful.

The home is lovely but in need of some major love and attention. I read in previous reviews that the kitchen was poorly stocked but talked to the owner who said things were better. Our first morning, I ate my cereal out of a mixing bowl (there were only 3 cereal bowls), no steak knives or large knives for cutting a melon and we questioned why the owner didn't clean out the refrigerator from the previous tenants. Yuck! There was an bag of ice cubes next to the full ice maker and we realized too late that the ice maker was making foul tasting ice cubes. We reported the cereal bowl issue and the owner said there should be 12 bowls...and she'd bring some over. She didn't during our 3 night stay. Also, no sugar for coffee. No hand towels with the bath towels and wash cloths. I texted the owner...no response.If this was a cheap rental, not $390. a night, I could excuse this but I believe if you make the guests feel comfortable, they'll write great reviews and come back. It seems the owner has been burned in the past with guests taking items so it's listed in the welcome book how much you will be charged if a hand towel, wash cloth, etc. is missing. We didn't have a top sheet on our bed, which we reported in fear of being charged. If you like to sleep in on vacation bring curtains for the upstairs master bedroom. Home needs love and host needs to cater to guests to make this a worthwhile rental property.

We were three couples and one teen, and other than not eating all at the same table, it was great space for everyone. The front porch was very nice, the picnic table in back was beautiful and the kitchen worked well for us all. The only improvement we could suggest is more kitchen ware such as measuring cups & spoons, baking dishes and serving bowls and utensils.

This home was great for my groups stay. We were able to walk downtown, and there was plenty of nearby shopping, local wineries, beaches, and tons of restaurants. The home had plenty of towels and linens for all nine guests. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at here again.

Wonderful, cute house with a great location! It was a quick walk to Washington and the waterfront. It also provided plenty of space for six adults.

We rented this beautiful property during Coast Guard Festival for a f;family reunion. The house was perfectly situated, we did not need to use our vehicle, we walked everywhere! We found the house clean, kids had toys and bikes to ride. Heidi was a delight to deal with. The bedrooms and bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is to bring kitchen supplies. The house has none to minimal basic utensils, cooking was a bit of a challenge. Spite that I would recommend this house, situated in a very beautiful part of Grand Haven!

Our first time renting a place like this. With 4 adults and 3 little ones it worked out very well. A short and straight drive down Clinton Ave takes you right to the heart of Grand Haven beaches and boardwalk. Within walking distance to downtown and park. The home itself has been remodeled and updated but still has old home charm. Everything is solid and well made. But don't expect to sneak around without someone hearing you. The floors and doors squeak. But we loved it! It added to the charm and fun of staying there. We wouldn't change a thing. A variety of bikes are available in the garage which the kids loved. And we even road down to the beach once. There are also a few toys and games in the home for kids to play with. The street is quiet and the area is clean, quaint, and very well maintained. Overall, Grand Haven is a great place and I'd highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the backyard/garage area and children's bikes. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean. Only request would be a few more kitchen items (sharp knives/pizza cutter). Thanks so much for a place for our family to gather!

The house is very clean and well kept with a nice layout. Has everything you need and more. The location is very close to all the shops and restaurants while being located on a very quiet street. You can walk to everything and still enjoy sitting on the porch. Enjoyed having the bikes (with helmets) too!
