Loved our stay here! The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. There are three villa’s, so it’s small scaled and personal. Also, you have a lot of privacy. There is airconditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. If you like, you can order croissants, cinnamon rolls etc for breakfast with them. They offer free transportation with their driver. We rented our own scooter, but be aware that you have experience as the little road to the villa is very steep with bumps and some holes. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

a real wow experience from start to finish. we loved our 3 nights there and embraced the luxury the villa and the personal offered to us. Justyna, Greg, Katin and the driver were also friendly, helpful and offered services we did not expect (like croissant every morning and pick up services when we got lost hiking. if you are looking for a unique experience in Ko Tao this is the place to go!

Hosts were very helpful before my arrival and during my stay there. Shuttle was super helpful. Accommodations were as advertised. Great villa! Well decorated and maintained. Kitchen was well-stocked.

EVERYTHING was perfect!! The hosts were very considerate and friendly! They got us every morning freshly baked croissants and bread, they brought us everywhere on the island and came to our room on my girlfriend's birthday to congratulate her! We will definitely come back! We've never had such a great experience!

Everything. The host was super nice, responsive, and had amazing recommendations about everything - food, beaches, things to do, transportation and more. This by itself create such a good experience. The Villa itself was also just perfect. It is fully accessorized with everything you need, the view (and the fact it is fully visible from the pool) was unbelievable. The host also took us everywhere we wanted, we didn't have to pay for a taxi during our stay which didn't happen anywhere else. Long story short, one of the best places I stay at.

If you are visiting Koh Tao and have the chance to stay at these villas, it is a must !! We absolutely loved our time staying with these guys and definitely did not want to leave. The villa is beautiful with the most amazing view. The service provided by Bliss was next level, she made our trip to Thailand very special.

We already had to leave after a week 🤣

Greg and Justyna (the owners) were amazing. They were so friendly and made us feel like home. They also gave us very good tips for restaurants, beaches, snorkelling spots etc. They took really good care of us! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and the cleaners did very good job. Villa (Phandara Song) was very clean, decorated with a great taste and there was a very beautiful view to Sairee beach. There was a large choice of refresments and snacks. Rooms were spacious and especially the living room was special and very comfy! The Villa stands at the high hill but I think that the location was not problem at all. We always got a ride to Sairee or anywhere we wanted to go. We also got a ride back to villa when we wanted. There's not too many villas so the area is super peaceful and quiet. It was super nice to relax and calm down after the busy days at the Sairee beach. When we were booking the accommodation, we were trying to find the best villa or hotel on the island. Phandara villa were totally the right choose! There's nothing I would change. We will definitely come back as soon as possible!

The Villa is very beautiful with the newest and finest facilities! The view is absolutely amazing! But the best part ist Bowy, the manager of the Villas! She is the best organizer for anything you desire! She will contact you even before your arrival to help you with any booking which was very important for us because we didn't book any in advance. You can reach her 24/7 and you get picked up by the transport service whenever you want. It was a really luxurious and wonderful stay for us! Thank you very much for everything!

Service and facilities

Justyna and Gregory were the perfect hosts. They came to collect us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even organised a surprise massage and bottle of bubbly with my Sister for a xmas present. The view from the villas is spectacular. This is quite an expensive place to stay in Koh Tao but if you want an unforgettable experience then it’s worth every penny! We loved it!
