We loved Gumm's Lonely club! Such a warm welcome and a beautiful spot on the edge of a small river, overlooking a magical Mangrove forest. Set in a sweet riverside village close to a gorgeous beach, we felt we were in the perfect hideaway . The food was always fresh and delicious and we laughed and laughed with Gumm and Jaeng. Unforgettable.

Incredible place - so cosy and warm! Gumm an Jaeng are super nice hosts - make you feel like home. Beside they cook awesome tasty Thai food - everything is homemade.

Amazing experience in this little paradise full of cheerfulness. The hosts are lovely and always willing to help, the hammocks in front of the mangroves are the chillest place we have ever seen. Thank you again!

Our stay was a true surprise. In fact, we shared the life of Gumm and his beloved. They were adorable at every step and moment. They were always perfect, never too much and never not enough in everything. To me this was a trip outside their home but it was a real life experience when we stayed with them. I want to thank them again for this. The hotel is their home, it is cosy and very relax, the food is always excellent, fresh and cooked with passion. I really mean that you will want to eat there as much as possible, and I have a really huge experience in thai food testing. Concerning the rooms facilities, they are very simple. Don't expect anything that you would not need. It fits perfectly with the house. I am someone that has a hard time going to toilets when not at home for example, well I had absolutely no problem feeling comfortable there. The rooms are literally 200 steps from the beach. A really nice one. Don't hesitate to ask Gumm for every trick or places to visit, he led us in exceptional places to have a swim or eat something in different island locations. We rentend a bunch of motorbikes from Gumm for a very cheap price, 200 thb/day, helmets available and were able to visit the whole island easily from his location. To conclude, I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a special life experience, a rich one at many levels. Don't get me wrong, Gumm has great musical taste, he knows a lot about the world and speaks a very good english, you will have no difficulty to enjoy chilling at every moment. Try to take the kayak from his place and go direction the mangrove on the right to have a nice atmosphere. Honestly, I can't say a thing that I disliked with the hotel or the owners or the global stay. It was awesome.
