The place indeed feels like home. It's dead quiet and you can hear all the birds and nature around, a few good food options within 15-20 minutes walk. Owner arranged us a pick up from Trat airport and it was a perfect stay before the morning ferry to Koh Mak. We stayed at the concrete villa because I was a bit afraid of the mosquitos in the wooden one, but I don't think it's the problem. The whole area seems to be pretty mosquito free. AC was a bit loud, but worked well and the room was clean.

Synthetic sheets might be not for everyone especially hot sleepers, that part I didn't enjoy. Also the bed was quite firm but it depends on personal preference.

Everything was just perfect. I did not expect this establishment to be so good. Amazing staff. The owner did everything for us, nothing was an issue. Top quality service - exceeded expectations. Good size family bungalow. Very tidy and clean. Thank you so much.

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Häuschen stand über den Mangroven. Es war absolut ruhig und gepflegt. Die Location für das Frühstück war traumhaft über einem Flüsschen in den Mangroven gelegen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat sich abends zu uns auf die Miniterrasse gesetzt und hat uns zum Pier der Fähre nach Ko Chang persönlich gebracht.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, allerdings könnte im Bad ein kleinwenig investiert werden.

This is a lovely place

The gardens and fish soooo relaxing after a very long bike ride from bangkok. Close to ferry too so had a vsry slow lazy morning

Room is clean and cozy. Everything work well. We were made known that WiFi is only available at the reception area. Resort is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by greenery, and near to a mangrove. Car can be parked right in front of the house. Enjoyed the stroll to the Black Beach, able to see a nice sunset. You can order drinks and some simple breakfast at a price. Just a very short drive out of the resort where you can find some restaurants, cafes, small supermarket, plus a convenience store located near the jetty. Host is very friendly and speaks good English, enjoyed chatting with her. Close proximity to Ao Thammachat Pier.

Would be good to have a small bedside table. Thought we would be staying in one of those wooden houses, didn't know that another type of room exist, it wasn't shown in the property's photos.

The location was so peaceful. The hut we stayed in was in the traditional Thai style set in the mangrove. The host was amazing and extremely helpful. Although we spoke some Thai, our host and spoke excellent English, which made it easy. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay immersed in Thai culture.

Everything! The property was beautiful and exceeded my expectation! The owner and her mum were amazing and helped us so much! We checked in pretty late as we drove from Cambodia to Thailand and the owners mum took us to a restaurant to eat and drove us to 7 11 and took us to the ferry the next day. The rooms were lovely too! We will be back! 😊😊

We stayed there for one night on our way to Koh Mak (the property is perfectly located to catch a boat to the islands). The accommodation was very clean and quiet and with great value for money. The owner is super nice, speaks good english, and actually helped us with transportation from and to bangkok. Recommended.

Wonderful host ,nothing was too much trouble . From airport [or bangkok] pick up to ferry drop off journey was made easy . Thank you ,a real credit to hospitality industry in Thailand.

Oom is the perfect host. The huts are clean and comfortable and the manager tries to fulfill you every wish you could have. She even did get her mother to take us to a restaurant on our first evening! And she personally took us to Trat city and to the pier. Staying here really feels like home... You will never want to leave. PS: Besides the good quality of the accommodation you should know that it is a little off the beaten path. Nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the black sand beach! Amazing mangrove forest you need to see. :-)

I didn't like leaving here....

Host was a very nice lady, she offered us a free ride to the party in the village nearby, it was very tasty and enjoying experience. Also she offered us a ride to the ferry pier for a good price. Black sand beach is on a walking distance through a jungle on a path raised above and made of concrete.

Location was a little bit far away from anything, but it was ok for us, no problem.

Friendly people. Helpful ( took laundry out of the rain for example...), free coffee and snacks in the morning. Quiet place and clean. Perfect place, especially when you have your own transport! (If not, they will help you out for sure...I guess)

A lovely secluded resort set amongst the mangroves. Great place to just chill with a glass of wine on the balcony and just a 15 minute walk to the lighthouse pier for a seafood meal and watching the sunset. I will certainly come again.
