A really nice hotel special for the kids! a clean hotel with nice staff and very close to everything!

It has pool

-horrible unfriendly racist staff; they dont welcome black people as in ‘’ciori’’ and if the owner doesnt like your face as well, he won’t welcome you and he will kick you out. He told me not to order on booking and contact him personally because it was cheaper that way. -the staff was HORRIBLE, visibly unfriendly, hostile. The receptionist rolled her eyes when someone wanted to buy something out of their mini store, the person who was administrating the pool would close your umbrella at 12 PM and leave you in the scorching sun, and if you complained about it he would just shout at you ‘Go in your room then’. -THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE ROOMS DONT LOOK LIKE IN THE PHOTOS. In booking they said they had an apartment with 2 matrimonial beds in 2 bedrooms and a living with an extensible couch. In reality, there was NO living, and we were two couples that each wanted to stay in their assigned bedrooms. Given the fact that there was no living but only two rooms (one of each didn’t even have a door for privacy and in each room there was one matrimonial bed and one person bed, which made it extremely awkward. JUST IMAGINE HAVING ONE COUPLE AND ONE PERSON IN THAT ROOM TOO) we were forced to stay girls and boys separated because there was no other solution. -IT FELT MORE LIKE AN OLDIES HOTEL as we weren’t even allowed to speak louder past 8PM. Costinesti is a location made for young people, not for old, grumpy and hostile folks. When we started speaking more loud than we normally did, they would shout and speak horribly to us. -As a group of young adults, we wanted to go party at night in clubs. They complained about us leaving for the night and sleeping out late like they were our grandparents or something.

The hotel has several pools with plenty of fun for children. Has parking with camera (not really needed in Costinesti according to our experience but nice to have). Quite close to the beach like 300m. Comfy bed, good AC and balcony with sea view. Small fridge is there too.

Uncovered window in the room (lets light in not good for sleep). Told staff about it but the didn't do anything about it. Shower was not in very good condition (lots of calcium in nozzles).

Beautiful decor, lovely pool area, quiet room

We stayed in this hotel 4 years ago before the pool and play area was completed and wasn't disappointed upon our return

Loud music late at night from main club on strip but that's not hotels fault. Plus I'm alight sleeper.

i missed the restaurant.the hotel should have a restaurant,even just for breakfast..is good for children
