The staff provided excellent customer service! The location was great - on the water & very near activities. Delicious food & full breakfast included in price in our package. The entire establishment was very clean. Views from the restaurant & most rooms are beautiful. We were there with kids so we chose the poolside rooms - very convenient & surprisingly quiet in our rooms despite being next to the pool. This hotel is a great value! Also, they provided free accommodation for our driver which was very much appreciated!!! It’s like them to be so very considerate. Salamat!

Całkiem ładny basen i świetny kierowca tricykla rezydujący w okolicy hotelu
Przede wszystkim bardzo słaba obsługa. Według nas Pani Kierowniczka nie powinna pracować w tej branży, a przynajmniej nie powinna mieć kontaktu z gośćmi. Podczas naszego pobytu był problem z energią, przez co do 21:00 nie mieliśmy prądu, wody i innych udogodnień. Pani Kierowniczka nie zrobiła nic w tej sprawie. Chodziła cały czas niezadowolona i odburkiwała na każde nasze pytanie czy prośbę. Czuliśmy się jakbyśmy to my robili jej problem.

Possibilité de demander un sceau pour laisser tremper les caméras d’action après les sorties de plongées. Le guide pour les excursions requin baleine et Sumilon island
Le seul point que je pourrais relever c’est l’humidité dans les toilettes, douche. Mais je sais que c’est le climat du pays qui rend se point difficile dans cette région. C’est à savoir pour ne pas être trop tatillon.

Room so small, the aircon is very noisy, bathroom stinks like pee when we got into our room, toilet don’t flush right away.. for the price I paid I don’t think it’s worth it! But the crews are very nice, the waiters and the font desk person , her name was Lyn.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The room is nice and clean, the sheets were super soft! Five-star quality!
It's a bit far from the Whaleshark watching, but definitely worth it!

Location and the property itself is actually nice.
Property is good and so the ambience. Our rooms has lots of ants inside the bathroom. And I got bitten multiple times around the pool area and so my kids.

Right on the water! Beautiful views. Room was comfortable. Big shower with hot water. Good value for price.
The on-site restaurant was very expensive compared to in town prices. Breakfast was okay. There were a lot of bugs noted inside the room.

The hotel is situated right on the waters edge, pool area/ restaurant is super clean and hotel service is superb.
