bellissimo fare colazione sul terrazzino con " vista mare" ed ammirare la spiaggia ed il colore del mare nei diversi orari col sole che creava paesaggi differenti durante il suo percorso e, a sera, il lungomare colorato di tenue luci. Un vero spettacolo

Comfy bed, great location and view.

A little confusing to organise breakfast through the app.

Lovely, clean accommodation in a really convenient location. The sea view was amazing and lovely to enjoy the excellent breakfast overlooking the sea. We'll definitely be back! 5*

The Breakfast was amazing and the staff really went out of their way. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible with that sea view, however by 9:30am the wind was too strong it was no longer comfortable to be on the terrace.

We arrived in the evening and the area was dark and deserted, and the entrance into the accommodation was not locked and was very dark and creepy, especially it was located down very steep stairs. Someone should have been there to greet us and explain everything as was done in Florence. We were one of the three people who got off the train, and right away we did not feel at ease. We did not feel safe. The Bathroom in the unit was not cleaned properly, so the beginning of this stay was not pleasant. We wanted to book out right away and go somewhere else.

The beds were ok. The breakfast was ok.

The place. Down some dirty stairs, down a clean corridor and into our room. very dark and with low ceilings. The terrasse was nothing like the pictures. little and with rusty furniture. If you wants to use the electric kettle you have to go under the table and change the socket from the refrigerator. The bathroom was very nasty. The shower was not clean, and old dirt along the ceiling. I can not recommend this place at all!!!!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! The view from the deck was exceptional. The room was pleasant, updated and clean. Staff were very helpful and easy to work with. The breakfast was healthy, tasty and such a great variety. I gladly recommend this property to others.

Directions for Beach access ?

Lovely views in a great location. Comfy beds, easy to park and big balcony. Breakfast was great. Easy to contact the property owners and clear guidelines on how to checkin. Great value for money and would recommend staying here.

No glasses in the room to drink out of, just plastic disposable cups. The fridge wasn't stocked and unfortunately we arrived on a day where most shops appeared to be shut. Fairly small room and basic amenities only.

Loved the view and the terrace. The staff was very nice.

A lot of steps down to arrive and no one to help with the heaviest luggage. No one on site, so if anything is needed, you get a little stuck.
