A delightfully warm family home with a more than ample supply of offerings from kitchen to bedding to entertainment. A clean home with generously spacious living areas for cooking, entertainment and generally just lounging about. We loved that it was so well appointed there was little need for us to leave. We were more than happy to just stay and relax and venture out to the lovely Smith's Beach, being only a few minutes walk.

Overall renting this property was a great experience. The owners were brilliant with their communication & the process was very seamless & easy. They had mentioned a funny smell in one of the bedrooms and we did notice this ourselves. We used a candle to overcome that but the smell did come back when it wasn't in use so there may be something there that requires further investigation. That said it didn't detract from our overall experience at all. The kids loved the games room with table tennis & foosball & the basketball ring out front was a bonus as well. I would definitely consider renting the property again when staying at Phillip Island!! Thanks.

Everything you need for a family beach holiday. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of games and things to do for the kids. The owners were very contactable and helpful. We were warned about a smell in one of the rooms which had days of being quite strong. Could've done with more towel rails in the main bathroom. The main bedroom mattress was very hard, we had to drag the fold out couch mattress from the living room and put it on top to last 5 nights. Other than that a lovely place we will come back to in the future.

Amazing short but sweet stay
This was a delightful place to stay at. The hosts were so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The location is superb and the house is well equipped. Our dog loved the big yard and my teenage children loved the space and games. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Great beach house!
Harry's House is an ideal beach getaway! Smiths Beach is an excellent location if you love a quiet neighborhood with a gentle surf beach in walking distance as we did. The outdoor shower with warm water was a great bonus after a trip to the beach. At the house we loved the ping pong and foos ball tables & basketball, sitting on the wide balcony and all the dvds to watch. Our family had lots of fun in this relaxing environment and the hosts were great to deal with.

Spacious accom with ocean glimpses
We enjoyed a few days away with plenty of room to more than accommodate our various interests (the table tennis table was an unexpected bonus for quilting as well as playing ping-pong). Daily swims and walks along the beach. It was lovely to be able to bring our little dog and feel safe with the well enclosed space.

Property had everything that a family requires while on holiday.
Most impressive thing for us was the flexibility of the late checkout time. We were told when booking that a late checkout would be fine if no one booked to Check-in on that date, which was the case & that finished off our break on a really positive note. We will definitely be booking this property again in future.

Top location / Lots to do
Our first time away in a year. A family long weekend of car racing, surfing, ping pong championships and playing “Trump”cards, priceless. Handy to coffee and local shop and a short walk to Smiths beach. Our 7 month old toy coovoodle , Alfie loved the secure fencing and to be able to free range. Just great and we will be back. Thanks to the owners / property manager for a great experience

Wonderful holiday
We spent a week at Harry's House. The house is so well presented. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Our dog had a great time too - the property is well fenced. There are so many DVDs and games, too. And we loved being able to stroll to the beach. Thank you for all your efforts in providing a wonderful holiday home.

Wonderful place to stay
A fantastic place to stay that is very close to the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the sand! The house was very comfortable for 2 families and the games room was a great place for the kids to relax. Really well stocked with DVD's, games and a table tennis table. Kitchen well stocked and we loved relaxing of a night on the deck overlooking the water. As we like to barbeque, we would have liked a gas BBQ better as the coals took a little longer to heat up and organise. Overall, a great place to stay. Thank you!

My family has enjoyed our 3 nights at this lovely house. It’s very close to the popular smith beach, just a few minutes walking. There are plenty of entertainments in the house that kept my two young kids busy. Nice ocean view upstairs.

The Perfect Getaway!!!
We had a great time!! The house was conveniently located within walking distance to a lovely beach. The General Store within 2minutes from the house was handy for morning coffees and newspaper. Not so perfect beach was no worries as we spent hours and hours playing with some great board games and watching movies. Thanks again.
