Beautiful, clean room. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We will be back.

we forgot some equipment and asked via booking.com a couple of times if we could pick it up on our way back. We’ve never got any reply which is very disappointing.

The property has a high rating, that is why I chose the property. However, my experience was terrible. There were bed bugs— we took pictures and shared them with management. As you know, the trip was already paid for before arriving. So as a consumer or any consumer requested a refund. They offered a different room for the next night stay. After discussing leaving. We chose to leave the property and not accept a different room due to the experience. I AM SO UPSET THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT REFUNDING HALF OR ALL OF MY FUNDS!!!! States they were unable to locate the bed bugs!!!! Why would we lie or be called liars about a bad experience. I am so upset and I suggest if you do choose the location. Check the bed and everything else. OUR STAY WAS TERRIBLE AND THE MAINTENANCE WORKER IS A LIAR—- THE BUGS WERE PRESENT AND IS PRESENT
The issues was not resolved and to get out of providing a refund —- the maintenance person stated he did not find any and he witnessed a argument. The argument was about staying in. different room at the location. We decided to leave based on Sheron conversation with me!! The customer does not come first

The location is very private and set apart from the town of Ruskin. Bayside Retreat was well equipped and clean. The host provided a thorough and helpful guestbook that helped us find places to eat and other things to do. We had an issue with a water main breakage one morning, and I contacted the host at a very early hour and she responded right away. The host followed through and kept me informed of any updates. The plumbing issue was resolved within a few hours. Little Harbor is quiet and picturesque. We arrived after midnight and the guard was extremely friendly and helpful so that we would find our way to The Bayside Retreat without any problems. Everything was outstanding.
There was no elevator available.

Unit had a beautiful view. I loved having a kitchenette. Our host, Sheron, was very kind and accommodating.
The only thing I didn’t like was the steep stairwell. A suggestion I would like to make is to add a DVD player.

The property and area was Nice and Quiet, the view from the room was great… I saw Dolphins coming in everyday morning and evening to feed and play!!! Had a Great view to watch the Sunrise each morning!!
The room itself was Lovely with Everything you could possibly need and Love the Modern/ Clean touch it had. Just absolutely Perfect!! And the hosts are most accommodating!! Checked on me to be sure everything was to my liking and if I needed Anything, they were just a text away!! It literally is a ‘Retreat’ away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life!! If you’re looking for a place to relax, lounge, and enjoy a piece of Florida’s beauty, this is where you should go!!

Great location, with upper deck looking over to pool and channel. Two very close, great restaurants/bars walking distance. Beach walking distance.
Please add electrical strip above the desk, and near bed stands to allow both the bedside lamp and cell phone to be plugged in.

Loved the view from the room, beautiful sunrise. The couch and bed were very comfortable. Good communication, quick response to any questions I had.
The pool hours said 8am-10pm but wasn't opened until 8:30am one day and 9:30am another day.

Only possible negative is there is a somewhat steep stairway leading to the condo difficult for older or disabled people

We loved the deck..the whole place was clean..and the kitchen was equipped with all that we needed...thank you will come again

Great Location. Quiet. Ample space. Large balcony. Nice view. Nice kitchenette. Door code instead of a key or card to carry. Well stocked with essentials. Walking distance to restaurants and activities. Places to run. Beach access close.
Extra pillows needed. Too much light in the room at night. Memory foam mattress not very comfortable.

Great view, comfortable bed, enjoyed seeing all the dolphins and wildlife from my own balcony. The room was very clean and sleek. Perfect location for a getaway. Canals, beach, restaurants and boat and fishing tours all available outside your door.
Only the stairs. I have a disability and the stairs are a little steep.
