We had the best stay of our lives! The Property was gorgeous, so clean and roomy and the outdoor wrap around was just so relaxing looking on to the golf course and waterfall. The weather was picture perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for the past 7 nights! We will definitely be returned guests! Thank you.

Very nice place in the heart of PGA National. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a short Drive. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Could easily fit 8 people if needed. Great feature is the outdoor deck overlooking greens and fairways, very tranquil sitting out there in the AM with a cup of coffee. I was surprised how quiet it was on the interior, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors.
I would highly recommend visiting the PGA National golf club, nice breakfast place there. Would love to have played a round at the club.
Overall this is a great home base for a host of activities in the area.

1.Living room on VRBo looks into bedroom ours looked into hallway
2. Bathrooms are gross and one is a completely different layout

6. Can’t use bathtub as it’s chipped and pealing
7. Broken pantry drawers
8. Minimal cooking supplies at best no oven mitts even
No safety pin or date on fire extinguisher so who know if it would work in an event of a fire.
No remotes to 3 of the 4 TVs in which the property owner 1st said he was checking with cleaning ppl, than the last renters took them, last it was they were there. They were not we had to go buy a universal one to use during are stay.
Now let’s talk about the additional guest charge which he will say this is why we gave him a bad review. This is not the case we asked for clarification on the charge as when i originally was going to book this property we were doing 6 but changed it to 5 do to someone not comes. Price was the same. It was only after we called VRBO when we got to the property and seen he falsified his property to be better than what it is we had an issue. He than went on after and changed price for future dates. Also messaged us before we left if we gave him 5 stars he would do the same. I do have proof of everything listed as well. However VRBo don’t allow photos.

If you're coming for Golf, which most would, this is the perfect property. Minimal kitchen utencils but I would imagine most aren't renting in PGA to cook.

Great place to stay. Tranquil environment, clean unit and easy to get too. I had some questions for the host before arriving (was a little confusing w messages from 2 different names) and they were very responsive. In fact, the first morning I received a text to see if anything was needed-that was nice! Would definitely stay again

The space was great, very quiet very clean. Pics are exactly like the real thing. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had to go to several different fields in the area. It was central to all of them and was much better than getting two hotel rooms! Great place!

If you want to experience the worst living experience, please choose this one. 1. The sanitation didn't clean until the guests checked in. 2. The owner's attitude was very poor. 3. The smell of paint just finished. It's hard to imagine that this price matches such quality. 3. The shower room can't take a bath and needs maintenance. There was nothing in the kitchen, but they didn't care. It's hard for me to imagine that such a company can go a long way in listing such a house

This is my second stay at this Palm Beach Gardens condo - it's spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Waking up to the view of the golf course can't be beat. I highly recommend staying here.

.. leaves much to be desired!
The total anonymity of owner/manager and lack of communication was extremely rude. The unit needs much repair. Kitchen faucet hanging loose .. base of dishwasher broken , stained furniture, dirty screen porch, etc., etc... [I have photos of all] .. the 3rd bedroom is basically a joke ...no coffee table or side table at sofa ...no key to get in neighborhood pool ... and the cost was exorbitant.

Relaxing and Quiet Stay
Great condo in a private, gated community. Very quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Easy access to restaurants and other shopping. Plenty of space for me, my spouse, mother-in-law and two college kids on Spring Break. Nice amenities, kitchen, dining and living room space. Flat screens in each bedroom. Beautiful view of a fountain and stream overlooking a golf hole green. A very nice relaxing time!

Easy to book. Owner communicates through What’s App. Living, dong and kitchen were great. The third bedroom is an issue. There is no window and to get to the bathroom from the master you have to go thru this bedroom. The screened i. Porch was nice. Could use some tic and screen repair. But all in all a great location and comfortable. Nice neighborhood pool too!

Peaceful.
We had a lovely stay in David's home. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were top notch - very soft. It was spacious and clean, but it would be great to have another chair in the TV area, as we were not all comfortable trying to sit on the sofa together. The pool was right around the block and very clean and warm. The lanai looked out on a canal that had goreous views the the sunrise and golf course. Lots of birds, ducks, and even a small alliator graced the canal. Thank you for a lovely time.

Wonderful home in PGA National
Visiting for a family gathering we were fortunate to find this lovely home for our family of 4. The PGA National area is quiet family area, very safe with lovely outdoor trails for walking or biking yet close to gyms for my adult sons or shopping. The home was exactly as described, very clean with all kitchen amenities for cooking, excellent comfortable beds, terrace for relaxing, ample towels, and even had laundry items!. Our host was attentive and checked in to assess our stay which was very kind. We loved our stay and recommend this perfect home
