Nice place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and to St. Armands.

Great place to stay for a couple days. Spacious, clean, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Anna Maria Island. Was a great spot for a few days!

We had a great stay! Everything was amazing!

Very clean and neat. A short walk to the beach. Chairs and everything needed for the beach were provided. At night an easy walk to St Armand's Circle, no need to try to find a parking spot. We walked the Ringling bridge several times, about 5 miles round trip. Communction from host was adequate but for some reason the vrbo app wouldn't let us reply back to the host.

This place exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, we could walk everywhere wanted to go. It was spacious, more than enough room for the two us. We will definitely rent again when we return to Sarasota.

Lovely property with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Short walk to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Quick drive to Bayfront Park and downtown Sarasota. It is a perfect location.

The home was clean and exactly as described. There was sufficient cooking tools to make our own meals. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. The shower was great. Location was outstanding for getting to the beach, walking to St. Armand’s Circle, kayaking at Sperling Park and taking the free trolley to downtown. Awesome stay!

The Condo was clean. The location and proximity to the beach is great. The listing states sleeps 6 but don’t assume the price per night allows six guests the price per night is for 2 guests only and if you plan on bringing your family it is a enormous up charge. The privacy in the condo is minimal due to sliding doors and a curtain hung as a door in the master bedroom. It is a nice condo but definitely not worth the price we paid.

My sister, her husband, and I had a great weekend stay! We didn’t spend much time there as the rest of our family was at a house a few streets over, but the time spent there was great. I left my phone charger behind and Luda responded very quickly and was able to figure out a way for me to get that, which I’m incredibly grateful for! The only complaint my sister had was that the pillows in the main bedroom were pretty flat, otherwise a great stay with less than a 10 min walk from the beach (we walked from our family’s house so this is an estimate) and around a 15 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle for some delicious Ben & Jerry’s. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay overall it was fantastic. The only reason I gave the four star on the listing I had assumed both bedrooms were king size beds other than that everything else was clean easy access to the beach. We had a good time.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay here! The property is beautifully presented and it felt as though a lot of thought had gone into making our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The house is great for a couple of small family - our daughters aged 17 and 20 shared a room although one could easily have used the sofa bed. While the back garden is open to the properties behind, we didn’t have a need for it as we enjoyed sitting outside the front. Everything we could need had been thought of, with some lovely touches such as beach towels/chairs/umbrella, enough dishwasher tabs and toilet paper for the whole stay, TV (Amazon, Netflix, etc), and coffee pods/sugar/creamer to get you going in the morning! Thoughtful things like this really do make a difference and we appreciated them a lot. The house is also fantastically located. It really is a 5 minute relaxed stroll to the beach, and about 10-15 minutes to St Armand’s along one charming road, which meant we walked there most evenings. It’s also easy to drive into downtown, or over to Siesta and Anna Maria beaches, etc. Finally, we want to thank Luda for being so responsive - we had a couple of small questions before and during our stay and Luda always replied quickly and helpfully to our Vrbo emails.

We had a wonderful time staying at the place and enjoyed the fact that everything was within walking distance. This was the second visit and we plan to return next year.

Stayed here 2 nights with my sister for a quick sisters weekend after a work conference in downtown Sarasota. The rental was perfect for just a short trip. Short walk to the beach & very convenient to all the shops & restaurants at St Armands Circle. This place has everything you need for a day at the beach. Well taken care & clean of property. Thanks!

Great location, easy 5 min walk to the beach. The home is very well stocked with anything you may need. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach umbrellas available to use. Place was well taken care of and very clean. Easy walk to St Armand’s circle with plenty of dinning and shopping. Quick drive to downtown Sarasota too! I would recommend this home and stay here again!

Property was just as advertised. It was clean, quaint and in a great location. It was close to the beach and the "downtown" area. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Would stay here again.

The house was great!! We loved our stay, very close to the circle as well as the beach. Perfect size for the 4 of us, and one guest said she’s thinking about returning for a girls weekend. Definitely would recommend. The response time of any questions we had was very quick, and the property was very clean !!

Not knowing anything about Sarasota we got extremely lucky w this property and Luda. The place was very comfortable and while it was only us two you could have easily slept 6 adults. The wall to wall terrazzo is a great touch. You could also open the front and rear of this freestanding house (the only free stander in the complex maybe) by way of sliding glass door to make it even more bright and airy. In terms of locations as said above we got super lucky. You’re walking distance to st armands to the north, Ted sperling to the south, and what I was told was the local favorite lido beach to the west. We had breakfast, kayaked mangroves, went the beach, all on foot before getting ready for a wedding! The house also comes with enough beach chairs for a small army. 10/10 would do it again.

Our stay was very easy and accommodating. Luda was very helpful and personable . The villa is a little further from the beach then we expected but a short drive . It’s a nice walk to the circle . Decorated very cute and clean. Chairs , umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys all on property. Only one thing that we would recommend. The washer /dryer combo should have some type of instructions for guests. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s in a perfect location to walk to the beach and to St. Armands Circle and is a good size for a family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. The property was very spacious and we loved the terrazzo floors. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys available to use. We couldn't figure out the washer/dryer so we didn't use it. Also, we could of used a few more cereal bowls and serving bowls. Overall a great place to stay. We would've booked for next year, but they were already booked!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was convenient to everything, and had so many extra touches for our comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only is the property very nice but it is only a 6 minute walk to the beach! I would definitely stay here again. The owners respond immediately if you have a question.

Nice small place in need of some updating but great location and clean.

A Good Value, but there are some issues - 1. 6'x1.5" gap in the blinds for the living room. No privacy. 2. The kitchen countertops are stained wood and the owner warns you about leaving water stains on the improperly finished kitchen countertops that can not get wet for more than a few minutes. Why not properly clear seal the wood countertops or apply a proper coating that can take moisture? 3. The duplex receptacle near the kitchen sink is not a GFIC duplex receptacle as required by law and one receptacle is burnt out. Who wants to be electrocuted?

The villa on Lido was a perfect location for the beach, St Armand’s Circle and catching the free bus service ( all easy walking distances) The condo was spacious and very clean. There is a lovely courtyard for lunches which was a bonus. We could not get the TV to work to our liking but there were so many other things to do outdoors that we did not have much time for TV (which turned out to be a good thing)! The owners were very communicative and responded promptly to our questions. It was a wonderful month long stay in a great space.

Short stay. Perfect location, one block from the beach and a short walk to St Armands circle with a great selection of restaurants. The property is well maintained with a high standard of cleanliness and check in worked well.
