This was a great place to stay! Loved the beachy decor! Kids had plenty of space to do their thing. Pool was great and we could walk to the beach. Master was on the opposite side of the house so I could sleep and not hear the teens that are night owls! Nice, safe neighborhood. Lou’s Blues was not far and a great place for nightlife with great bands. Shopping wasn’t far. Owner’s were quickly responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!!

My family came to this lovely home after 4 crazy busy days in Disney. This house had everything we needed and more! We cooked in almost every night and the house had everything we needed. The pool was AMAZING! We enjoyed it every single day! The bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were super cozy and comfy. My husband and I went for a few walks around the cute neighborhood and chatted with several very friendly people. The beach was walking distance for sure, but we chose to drive and park at the little beach parking lot about 2 minutes from the house. The beach was BEAUTIFUL! The owners - I have nothing but praise to write about them. They were super responsive to all communication. They thought of everything that could be needed for a wonderful stay. They were so kind and considerate. Grocery stores, Target, Walmart, etc were very close. We spent one morning playing pickleball just a short drive away. We drove to Cocoa Beach for dinner at Bruno’s Pizza one night….and the kids loved shopping at Ron Jon. We did the bioluminescence kayak tour one night as well. This house is a 10/10. We have already been talking about our return! :)

Great location, close to beach with a very short walk, backyard pool was great especially with pool toys and floats available. something for all the kids ages 6-16. Nice quiet neighborhood would definitely stay here again.

The house was so easy to access and in a great place! Everything was so clean and nicely placed around the house! The pool was the perfect temperature and they even provided extra floats! It was so clean outside on the patio and in the pool!!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint house. It was exactly as advertised. Easy access just off A1A. Lots of space for a family and the pool was refreshing. Multiple TVs for your enjoyment (although we didn’t watch much TV). Plenty of supplies were available for the dishwasher and laundry. One oddity, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Wasn’t horrible, but we had to live out of suitcases for the week.

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. But the pool area and furniture needs to be updated / repaired or replaced, weeds pulled and general maintance done in this area.

We had some issues with the roof leaking but it was rectified by the owner immediately. Also the grill needed cleaning. Overall it was relaxing and very close to the beach!

Very clean and accessible. Great communication with owner; pool filter system wasn't working when first arrived; texted owner and was immediately responsive.
Definitely recommend for a visit to the Cape Canaveral area.

I was in town with two friends and their significant others for a wedding, so this location was great for us to be able to easily get to and from the venue as well as close to grocery stores and places to eat. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but we still were able to enjoy sitting out back. Gleason Park was a short walk away and nice path fro a walk or run. All in all, it was a successful and enjoyable stay.

Adorable house near beach and many stores. Loved having an inground pool. Only problem was extra room with TV and games kept popping breakers. Washer and dryer would work but nothing else. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks

House Too Hot for Fun
Pros- Nicely decorated, close to beach
Cons- House was over 78 degrees the majority of the time. - Unable to enjoy cooking or living room due to the heat in the house. The one master bedroom cooled off and that was it. - They did have an AC guy come out who said it was an insulation problem in the house.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU TRIP IS IN THE PEAK OF SUMMER. - - It's a shame it but a huge damper in our trip in what would have otherwise been a great property, but would not stay again.

Great Stay at the Beach
Enjoyed swimming at beach a 5 minute walk away, and also in the deep (6 feet) pool in the backyard. Easy drive to grocery stores, property is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and safe and welcoming. Saw a space X launch from the beach across the street. Easy check-in, everything you need to cook at home, lots of fun, one hour from Orlando airport and an easy drive.

Beautiful
The house was beautiful and we had a great time spending the weekend there. We unfortunately got there during a tropical storm and couldn’t go to the beach. Thankfully the house had plenty enough room, the kids enjoyed the pool during the breaks of the storm, and the little game room was a great plus. Would definitely stay again!

Great house by the beach!
House was clean, owners were responsive to questions! Great location, so close to beach access with parking! Shed had chairs, some beach toys, and boogie boards! We enjoyed the pool as well! I assumed the game/play room was part of the house, but it had a seperate entryway, so we couldn’t have our young kids sleep there, as planned. We used the futons in the living room and sunroom instead.

Clean and spacious pool home only a short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances, also lots of pool toys, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart everything you need to have a fun stay.

Satellite Beach Stay
This was my first go at renting a home and you just never know but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need including the beach. I would definitely stay again. The owners answered questions when I asked and contacted me when it was necessary. A great experience...thx

Perfect location for a wonderful beach vacation!
We loved every minute at this property! The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed- bath/beach towels, ample kitchen supplies, a beach wagon, plenty of pool & sand toys, beach chairs, etc...). Every room has a smart TV and the living room has cable TV. We found it to be the perfect location just a short walk to the beach (cross street at gas station, turn left and beach access is about 0.15 mile walk down A1A). We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and less populated beach compared to the busier Cocoa Beach area. Our kids loved the pool and either started or ended each day with a swim (sometimes both!). The house is close to many parks, restaurants and stores. We could have easily spent the week just going between the pool and the beach but we also enjoyed an ocean fishing trip, surf lessons and a trip to Sebastian Inlet State Park. Make sure you go on a night walk at the beach (lots of critters to discover) and get to the beach early enough to enjoy one of the spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic. We found the owners of the property to be responsive to any questions we had and the property was exactly as described. I cannot recommend this house enough! It was everything we hoped for and we will definitely visit again!

Great location!!
This property was located in a great spot that made it very easy to access the beach, dining, shops and grocery stores.
The outside of the house is quite deceiving as it seems a but unkept and run down. The pool area was not nearly as nice as the photos showed. Pool furniture was very uncomfortable and run down.
The inside of the house was clean however the seating is very limited and uncomfortable. My family of 5 had a very difficult time spending time together in the living/dining area as there was little to no room for everyone to comfortably sit and enjoy eachothers company.
The hosts were very great at communicating and responding to all our questions.

Wonderful Rental
We had a great stay! The home was clean and a close walk to the beach. We enjoyed floating in the pool. The house was large enough to easily and comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 1 toddler.

Just what were we looking for to take a weekend getaway. The house looks older in the outside but it’s nicely updated and quaint inside. Had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Before the cruise
We going on a cruise and come down a couple of days before to enjoy the beaches and NASA. Had a great time. The house was better than any hotel by far. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Nice pool. Nothing to complain about.

Nice stay in an easy to find location.
The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It has a very beachy feel. The pool was nice. The house is a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs were great and lots of beach towels.. The grill is new. We went from St. Augustine, to Cocoa Beach, to Ft. Pierce so it was a good mid point for us. We would have given a better rating but there were no towel bars in and no body wash or bar soap of any kind in the bathrooms (when you are flying in it would be nice to have some kind of soap other than hand soap there), and the living room furniture could have been more comfortable for sitting. The airconditioner was very loud so if you have noise issuses when sleeping don't use the master bedroom. Internet was good, TV streaming service nice, and new appliances. Very short walk to the beach. Good location.

Beautiful pool property
Several friends and I stayed for a girls weekend and the property was beautiful. Comfortable beds, wonderful pool area, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and easy access to the beach. The property manager was responsive and the house is located in a quaint, safe feeling neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This was our second summer staying at this location, there will be a third. Communication was great and the location was great. My kids loved the pool and the game room/bedroom.
