- La ubicacion del sitio era inmejorable, estaba en un punto estratégico para ir a cualquier sitio de la isla, y Tías está tan solo a 5 minutos de la casa. - Freddy fue un casero 10, nos facilitó en todo momento cualquier cosa, además tuvimos un problema con el calentador y se esforzó muchísimo en solucionarlo el mismo día a pesar de que ya era tarde, muy de agradecer. - La cama y el colchón están muy bien y son cómodas.

- La falta de privacidad. El apartamento es un bajo y encima hay una casa vacacional con capacidad para 10 personas. En nuestro caso, estuvo unos dias llena y cada vez que subian y bajaban siempre se asomaban para mirar, y desde las ventanas también, porque la terraza del apartamento está justo debajo. Por lo tanto, depende mucho de quien te toque arriba para preservar tu intimidad. - El apartamento estaba limpio pero no a fondo, las puertas, paredes, debajo de muebles, y los utensilios de cocina podrían estarlo más, y la ducha necesita una limpieza a fondo por las humedades incrustadas. - El baño tiene MUCHA humedad y el apartamento huele a humedad, las paredes y el techo del baño estan llenos de moho y es incómodo. Se soluciona ventilando la casa pero las ventanas dan a la calle...y algún mosquito se cuela - El sofá es incomodísimo, no sirve para nada.

Owner spent time with us and pointed out some excellent highlights in the local area such as bars restaurants., etc.. The area was sufficient distance from tourist hotspots, mostly local people.

Freddy is a wonderful host! He is so attentive and sympathic. The flat is so great, very comfortable. The area.is quiet and not full of tourists We 'll come back again!!!

Good location if you have a car and want to explore the island. Calm neighbourhood and clean apartments with everything you need. Freddy is a wonderful host and friendly person, communication was easy and efficient, he even left some snacks and drinks for us. Check in and check out was easy. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

You can really find everything for living there. The apartment is very comfortable and we totally enjoyed our stay. Freddy, the owner, is an amazing and a very friendly person. He is also very attentive to his guests. One day we shortly mentioned that the internet was a little slow and next day he installed a new router! He shared recommendations where to go and was always reachable. Definitely recommend!

Not necessarily a disadvantage but the apartment is about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. For us it was not an issue as we had the car and also in general like walking but shall be considered. it is located in a perfect place if you like when it’s quiet

Freddy is a great host. He provided us with information about the location of the apartment and key a month in advance via the Whatsup app. We were also greeted by a welcome basket. Despite finding the key in the locker outside the front door by ourselves, he came to greet us and gave us tips for restaurants and beaches nearby. Even later, he helped us with information we needed. He was always available. The apartment has everything you need even for a long vacation. Also for children: cartoons on DVDs, board games, sand toys... What is not clear from the pictures is that there are two private parking spaces right in front of the apartment, one for each of two apartments.

All facilities brilliant. The host Freddie, always on hand and very helpful. EXCELLENT!!!

Freddy was a great host, helping us really with everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet place, but still in a strategic position to get many places of interest. It was just great for our family!!
