Clean! And cheap. Comfortable mattress. Decent fridge.

No chain lock or other internal lock on the door. No peephole, which would have been nice when someone was knocking on the door next to me at night & I couldn’t tell if it was MY door some stranger was knocking on. Walls a bit thin- traffic was very audible during the day (at night not much traffic). TV randomly turned itself on at one point, had to unplug it. No microwave.

quiet and clean the outside is deceiving in that it’s not remodeled, but the inside is very nice and updated. staff is very friendly.

Clean quite easy to find just what we needed on our way to the Catskills Resort Casino would definitely stay again. Also they were able to provide us with handicap accessible room which is a plus for health issues we have excellent lady at the desk she was cheerful and very helpful

Suited our needs oerfectly

Centrally located to restaurants, hiking, activities, events, shops. The office staff was very helpful with our questions and requests. We had a nicely updated room, very clean. There were lights and electrical outlets located on both sides of the beds to charge phones, iPads, etc. The small fridge worked well. As an option to dining out DoorDash delivers here.

There was no microwave in our room, but there is one available in the lobby for guest use.

The room was very clean and looked like it has been refurbished. The price is very consistent with the quality.

They renovate rooms. New floors, new paint etc. Looks really good

It's right in the middle of the village so location-wise it's convenient. There's a 24 hour citgo gas station/convenience store a block away so you can at least grab some drinks/snacks pretty easily. Plus whatever else is in town. The room is pretty minimal, but clean.

The place could really use a little bit of TLC. Could use some fresh paint and some minor maintenance. A small microwave would have been nice. They do provide a small mini-fridge. But since there's no way to heat anything up, your limited to basically drinks or cold sandwiches.

The room was reasonably clean. There was a mix-up with our room reservation but the staff did ultimately find a 2 bed room for us. The price was right (inexpensive).

The exterior was in such poor shape, and there were so many less than savory characters around, that we didn't have the "feeling" of either safety or cleanliness, even though it turned out to be safe and the room and bathroom clean and comfortable enough.

Conveniently located, offers room at a reasonably low price. They were accommodating in getting us two rooms next to each other

One of the two rooms had not been renovated in a while and it showed. In the morning, there was a shady character by the reception and he tried to start a conversation. The area near the staircase was very messy with bags and plants everywhere, similar to a building site. The outdoor of the building desperately needs to be repainted

Location was good. Town was quaint with stuff to do. Check in time was easy as well as check out. Owner was nice and courteous. Pricing is affordable. I believe it was about $70 for weekdays and $90 for weekend. It wasn't what I expected but in a pinch this place was nice enough for a night or two.

It was a little noisy. Not enough towels. Beds were a little uncomfortable. It was a basic motel that good for a night or two. No microwave and just a little dorm size fridge.
