The junior suite room was great and has its own patio and we really liked that.

My view from the window wasnt pretty - there was a garage with disturbing lights on all the night. My room door had a bad lock - I couldnt lock my door for the first day but in the morning nice lady from the kitchen helped me to solve it.

Quiet, comfortable room, amazing view from the window. Atmospheric place. The location of the hotel is secluded but quite close to the bus stop and port.

As there is only one place to eat nearby, it would have been good to have some drinking water, flasks of coffee and a few snacks provided as a nice welcoming touch. Breakfast was fine but not as good as at other Swedish hotels. Again, as there is only one place to eat nearby, it would have been good to have some more variety in terms of fruit, nice cheeses etc for breafast. The good rye rolls ran out quite quickly. So an OK break fast but this could be a bit better. Overall, a good place to stay however, if you want a nice peaceful spot and don't want many extra facilities.

The view was fantastic, we had a double room and watched the ferries, boats and yachts come and go, very calming. Breakfast buffet was good though could have been better. Room looked pretty new to me, the beds were comfortable. Incredible fast wifi for an island hotel. Fair price on the weekends including a free SPA - yet some of the facilities can not be used at the moment. Big bathroom!

No kettle to make hot water in the rooms, cushions were small and not comfortable, arm chair was itchy (!), the TV had Netflix but it was very slow, while our notebook was very fast with Netflix (weird), no staff on the weekends therefore no explanations only via phone and only in Swedish, everything is mostly explained in Swedish, hard to find international (English) translations.

In the summer, room is very hot. An ac or fan would help

Breakfast was very disappointing with no choice and we had to pay extra for items we didn’t know we had to pay for.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. We only stayed there there for one night and the hotel served its purpose. There was not staff at the property but the check in and check out worked well.

We did not meet any staff so hard to give the staff a rating.

The hotel had a great view of the sea. It had a decent hot tub and sauna with access to the sea.

There were no staff members or anyone there. I was literally the only one around. I felt very unsafe. If I had an emergency, no one would be around to help. Also, it showed there were restaurants to eat at, but those places were closed. The only option for food was a 20 minute walk to the grocery store but no access to a microwave, refrigerator, or tea kettle. Otherwise, it was a 30 plus minute bus ride to an open restaurant.
