Service in restaurant was poor. Very slow

I enjoyed my stay at Pico De Loro. My transaction with Ms. Caren was smooth, all instructions were provided and she was very accommodating during my visit. I am actually a solo traveler and I'm glad that they offered me a rate of solo occupancy. Moreover, the room is spacious and they all had the necessary amenities for cooking.

Guest fee on a weekend is more expensive on Fri-Sun. Glad that I booked on weekdays because my room is even cheaper than the guest fee!

Very old and dirty room, not same as the photo. No blanket, towel, toiletries and rusty water. Not worth it, very disappointed.

If you are looking for a beach getaway in the south, I would recommend this place. It has around 5 buildings and each has an easy access to beach and pool. The flat in the building where we stayed at in Miranda B has a huge living room, a big dining table, a descent size of the room. It indicates that only 6 persons can fit in, but there are two tri-decker beds in one room (6 persons can fit) and another 2 queen size beds on another room (4 persons). It has a great view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms. Also, when the microwave was not working, they immediately change to new stock. :)

My overall experience is wonderful, the flat where we stayed at just needs some minor maintenance. The lock of the interconnecting bathroom on one side is broken. The utensils and kitchenwares are a little bit rusty. You can bring your own disposable utensils, minor things we can remedy. Overall experience is enjoyable. :)

There is a cockroach in the unit that we stayed in. Water is also yellowish. The shower door is also broken, water splashes everywhere when you take a shower.

False marketing, pictures of Pico de Loro Hotel were used, actual photos of the condo unit were not volunteered. Thus, making the customer base his booking decision on the photos used at the ad.

the condo has a great view, and generally well maintained. while there are no staff, security are polite and helpful. persons handling reservation are also accommodating and very responsive. mobile data and signal are good.

even better if there is wifi in the unit. food options are also limited to what the resort can provide.

I really loved the view and the place! I also loved the rooms because the rooms are very nice, clean and very spacious. I also loved the staff because they were very accommodating and friendly towards the guests. Another thing that I really appreciated was the beach and the pools. It's like the perfect break or the perfect breather from all the stress. I really had fun during my stay. I hope I can visit again with my family naman next time! ❤️

I like the beach and the pool. I like that the shuttle to take us anywhere was available any time. The room was okay spacious and clean. The care taker was very accommodating.

There was miscommunication with booking.com and pico de loro regarding directiona to Pico de loro. We were told to pass Tagaytay route but while we were almost there the road was unpassabke due to erosion. Scary. So we turnes around and went rhe other route which was 1&1/2 long from where we were. We got to pico at 4pm. When our origibal eta was 1:50pm. So sad that when we asked why both booking.com personnel and pico didnt know the right way...they just blamed the government for not telling them.we expected more from the receptionist to make our stay better. Also i didnt luke that there were very few choices in their menu. They didnt have shakes and coffee. Only the beach resto and hotel resto was open.

Size and location

Place and amenities are dated. Most door locks don't function. TV could be better if smart TV is used. Pots and pans are old and broken. Utensils don't do their job.

The staff were very friendly. This is our third time here and it has always been worth it. We were able to maximize the Country Club.

The heater in the condo unit only worked once. I wish the utensils were newer and cleaner.
