Esta unidad se ubica en el nivel inferior de una casa residencial de dos pisos, donde es el único espacio habitable. Está ubicado a nivel del suelo, por lo que tiene ventanas completas, su propia entrada por la acera y está completamente separado de la residencia principal ubicada en el nivel superior.
La suite cuenta con refrigerador, congelador, microondas y cafetera de servicio único, sin embargo no tiene un alcance ni un fregadero. Ofrezco vajillas desechables y café de cortesía.

I was in town for a work convention, and majority of the other convention patrons stayed at the Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem. Two nights at this location was considerably more affordable than one night at the recommended hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and was relatively pleasant to walk around, since the property is in the historic district. The shower is HUGE with great hot water pressure and temperature. The host went out of her way to respect my privacy. The room was clean, comfortable, and the couch was just as comfortable as the bed! I felt extremely safe and secure, with a private entrance to the quarters. There are multiple locks on the doors, but if you leave early in the morning or arrive at night, there is no lighting in the surrounding area. I definitely preferred these accomodations compared to a hotel. I will look for this location again when I must return to travel back to the area for training. Enjoyable stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, and quaint. Perfect for a solo traveling female!

A really convenient and quiet place close to everything. The place is clean with great amenities, easy parking, easy chick in, easy everything. Very responsive and attentive host, who obviously takes great, great care of the property the guests.

Great amazing stay but not very punctual to the check in process. Had to contact VRBO and host sent check in code literally a minute before check in time. We need to have that code prior to check in time. What if I had no service, battery to the cellphone died..? Unacceptable for a tenant to have to wait and go to customer service. And on the microwave shortage, they should have been more specific. All we had was the lights on and TV and heater on in a complete different room. Yet microwave got turned on and cut the WHOLE breaker off in the area of downstairs. Had to wait approximately 10 minutes for her to come back to turn it on. Please be specific that no device should be turned on while having microwave on

Inadequate electricity to run heaters & coffee pot at same time. Had to turn off heaters to make coffee - learned after we blew the breaker and had to call host. Also wished there was a toaster in place. Only other issue was the water pressure in the beautiful shower was weak but main thing was electric. Very nice place, great value for the money. Very clean and neat. She responded to our calls when we needed her. Very quiet, secure place to stay. Would stay there again

This was a perfect place to stay for my conference. It’s about 2 miles from the Convention center and much more economical than the hotels. It has a mini fridge, keurig (with pods, creamer and sugar) and microwave. The living room is cozy and there are plenty of streaming apps available. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep very well which is not always easy to do on trips. There is not really any dishware except some disposable cups so you may want to bring some or pick up some on your way in to town. It really is a perfect little spot for a weekend getaway.

This property is just like it is listed. You are in the basement of this home, but there is a separate entrance and easy in and out. There is a large room with a kitchenette, dining table, and living room space, as well as a bathroom and a separate bedroom. The space was clean, and Ana left a nice selection of coffee and snacks next to the microwave. It was warm at night but Ana turned the air conditioner on when I asked her to. The neighborhood was transitional, but I felt safe.

This is my second stay at this property. A few days into my week+ stay the AC went out with 90°+ temps in Winston-Salem. The host gave me the option to leave and relocate, Unfortunately, my schedule did not allow me to research new lodging or move. She said the AC would be repaired in two days. That was not the case. I reached out to her for an update and she did not reply, I asked for a discount on my stay because the AC was not functioning for more than half of my visit. Still no response.

Nice little place. I liked the location. I would suggest that more towel and wash clothes be available. We were there for a week and between my husband and I we had three towels and two wash cloth

We liked the easy of access, the quiet, the pleasant facilities. It was warm in a very cold time. There are three suggestions we would make. 1 the trow rugs were a hazard to us old folks. We did not fall but it did cause us some concern. 2.;it would have been helpful to have either a small bureau or table on which to put things like watches pills etc. 3. Again for older folks. It would be nice to have a grab bar in the shower. They make ones that can be installed by suction without having major construction project. we truly enjoyed our time there.
