Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, man wurde nett empfangen. Bei Check-In wurde ein Stadtplan mitgegeben und drauf viele Sachen erklärt.👍🏽👍🏽

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel is very continently located next to 2 tram stations to easily get around the city. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay in Amsterdam!

Since the hotel is on a busy street with the tram, it was a bit loud. However my sister wasn’t bothered by the street noise at all and I slept like a baby once I put earplugs in.

La camera era di piccole dimensioni ma pulita e molto funzionale, con molti piani d'appoggio e vani per riporre valigie e oggetti personali. Abbiamo apprezzato che, nonostante non fosse inclusa la colazione, era possibile usufruire gratuitamente della macchinetta per le bevande calde e che, ogni giorno, in camera ci siano state fatte trovare bottigliette d'acqua (molto cara se acquistata in città) e frutta. Il personale dell'hotel è stato sempre a disposizione e vogliamo ringraziare in particolare Tahir che è stato veramente accogliente e gentilissimo, ci ha subito fornito molte informazioni utili sui trasporti e sui luoghi di interesse e ci ha aiutato a prenotare un ottimo ristorante per la cena!

Camera piccola, ma ben organizzata, pulita e confortevole. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione e il tram è ideale per qualsiasi spostamento. Tahir è stato molto gentile, abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio e la sua disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Ci tornerei!

Raggiungere la camera al quarto piano può essere un po' scomodo, ma per un soggiorno breve come il nostro non è stato un problema

Believe me when I say that this is the best hotel in town. It was not my first time in Amsterdam, I love the city and I used to change the accommodation every time but now that I know the Alp Hotel I will always come back there for sure. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, positive and their service was absolutely on point, from the reservation to the check out; They gave me a city map with some of their personal advices written on and they explained to me a lot of tips! The first day the staff offered us a "welcome drink" and they also told us that all the hot drinks were free at any time of the day and the night (I absolutely loved that). The room was tiny (and this is not negative 'cause I knew it when I made the reservation) but it was incredibly cozy and super clean; We also find a fruit, a sweet and a bottle of water for each guest (thanks a lot, this is so lovely) The beds were comfy and warm just like the temperature in the room; The bathroom, fully renovated was just incredible, the shower was perfect and the water gets hot in a few seconds. The bathroom also came with all kinds of gadgets like dental kit, shaving kit, sewing kit etc etc. A golden star to the balcony, it was tiny but the view was stunning for an Amsterdam lover. Plus: the stairs are a little bit better than the average stairs of the buildings in the city center! Thanks a lot Alp Hotel, you made me feel at home. See you soon! Martina

Situation géographique, confort de la chambre

Hôtel très bien placé. Tramway juste en face permettant de rejoindre le centre ou de se rendre en périphérie. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Idéalement placé : il n'est pas dans le centre même (donc loin de la foule) mais nous avons tout fait à pied, car l'hôtel est accessible de partout. Toutefois, il y a plusieurs tramways qui passent au pied de l'hôtel pour les jours où les pieds sont fatigués. Certes, les escaliers sont un peu raides (pas d'ascenseur) mais cet unique petit point noir est vite oublié grâce à la gentillesse des gérants qui nous ont même monté nos valises dans notre chambre. Ils nous ont donné des conseils pour le séjour, gardé nos valises le premier et dernier jour, offert des boissons. Les lits et le ménage sont faits et les serviettes changées tous les jours. Une petite attention est déposé à chaque fois sur notre lit (chocolat et pomme). Lit, par ailleurs, très confortable. Bref, si nous revenons à Amsterdam, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel, c'est sûr !

People behind the desk are friendly and very helpful. It’s close enough to the centre and if you don’t like walking there is a tram stop out the front. Balcony is great bonus. The shower is awesome.

Not used to steep steps but that’s cool we coped with them.

Great location. Tram 13 stops outside to go into the central station. Tram 3 round the corner to go to museum quarter. Trams super cheap and just use contactless to check in and out as you get on and off. Close to picturesque Jordaan district. Lovely to walk around. Good shops, restaurants and pubs. Very comfortable beds. Two singles pushed together. Lovely shower.. Staff super helpful. Couple of good cafes for breakfast round the corner, we went to Monks, but several other options within 5 mins, or super cheap coffee and croissants from Albert Heijn supermarket across the road. Close to very highly rated Moeders traditional Dutch restaurant but you have to book 4+ weeks in advance.

Top floor meant meant a lot of narrow stairs, but all old Dutch buildings are like this. Good exercise! Would be good to have kettle in room, but free coffee/tea downstairs in reception. Just a lot of stairs to get it. Would be nice to have option for a double bed. Some road noise from trams in our room at the front of hotel, but fine with the window closed. Handy to have those trams to get about.

Alp Hotel is definitely worth a stay. Good value, very clean, beautiful bathroom, apples, water and chocolates left in the room, really friendly helpful staff.

Stairs were very steep , would request lower floor next time. A phone in room, feel was needed , to be able to contact receptionist if needed to. Location was excellent . Staff were very helpful.

Was lovely and clean

We had a “garden view” from 1st floor was just flat roofs we looked onto. Staff member at check in was lovely, night staff not so pleasant. Didn’t like how had to ask for a cup for a cup of tea, kettles in the room would be something I would prefer.

The location is good

The property doesn't have an elevator. The employee asked me to read the fine print which mentions about steep stairs without an elevator. If they want to be genuine, they should mention this in the property description and not in fine print (a typical example of confusopoly). The employee replied that booking.com doesn't let them write this in the property description (which I don't believe much).

very small rooms, already advertised were smaller than expected. We requested 1st floor rooms and received 3rd floor which was inconvenient.

If you're looking for a hotel with balconies and a great location, I would highly recommend. This hotel is located in an amazing neighborhood with a ton of fabulous restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The best part about this hotel is the balcony in the room, which provides the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns that you may have during your stay. Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of delicious dining options, Alp Hotel is definitely the way to go.

Long steep staircase to room. Probably typical in Amsterdam. Now I know to look for it. The towel rack in bathroom is tall for a 5'1" woman like me.

It's a cool little hotel, away from the bustling touristy areas but only a 25 minute walk from all the action. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The supermarket staff across the road were also so helpful and welcoming. I had an excellent time

The stairs are a bit of trouble, especially after a long day of walking. But this is not a problem, it adds some character to the hotel. We know we booked a small room, and it is small. Barely any room for 2 people to stand at the same time, however we know what we paid for and it did not change our experience of the city or of the hotel.
