We had a wonderful time with our family ranging from ages 17 to 91. The decks and the views were amazing. The elevator for luggage and the fact that it was pet friendly were added bonuses. The host was a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

We loved the property. Very very well maintained. Perfectly situated right on the beach and only six blocks away from everything. The host provides everything and is a delight to work with. Can’t wait to come back out! Will rent this property or any other property of the host again. Thumbs up.

This aging beach house on an active coast had everything our family (boomer grandparents, millennial kids, one active toddler, and two doodles) needed. We enjoyed the three common areas, the extensive decks, and comfortable beds and furnishings.

We stayed here with our family - 12 total adults and 1 infant (18-months). We stayed for 4 days for our wedding weekend. The house was perfect and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. The checkin and checkout process was simple and there was no stress involved. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Lots of space for six adults. Favorite room was the sun room.

The house is bright and spacious and in a great location. We were a large group and never felt crowded. Loved the big front decks and beautiful views. So convenient to have access to a large amount of beach chairs and beach towels. We had a bit of trouble with the broken blinds around the house just trying to get light in or not. But would definitely return.

Property was close to the beach. Perfect location! Big enough to accommodate 12 people. But it was not maintained well. We have seen bugs in the house as soon as we checked-in.

Perfect for our family. Included were all the beach chairs and beach towels we needed.

The house fit our extended family of 13 quite well. House was very clean and the location was great! Plenty of space to hang out and to sleep. Amazing house to play hide and seek ;)

We absolutely loved the house..very clean with plenty of rooms..easy beach access..wonderful views of the ocean..peaceful..great location..well equiped kitchens..also a big plus that our dog was able to be there too No complaints at all

There were 8 adults and 4 kids And a dog. The house had plenty of room for all to enjoy being together or room to sit quietly. We enjoyed the ocean front veiw of the dolphins every morning! Our first two days there was stormy and rainy and kept us inside. But there was plenty of room for adults and kids to have space. We loved our time there and hope to go back again with family. Alicia was very welcoming and quick to respond to any of our questions!

Nice beach house with plenty of room for get togethers but privacy as well. The beach front is somewhat challenged by tides, difficult to walk along water unless low time but the house deck and sunroom were lovely. Some issues with broken things but very relaxing space and views.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this large, clean, well appointed house with great views! The owner was very accommodating making the renting experience easy. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location and home. Very clean! Plenty of room for a large family!

Everything was extremely easy and convenient, from booking to checkin/out, and property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and most accommodating for 4 families with multiple children. Three Master Suites and 2 multiple bedrooms provided plenty of privacy, while the common rooms easily handled the whole crowd together. Two full kitchens made feeding our large group very easy. Our second Family Holiday in this beautiful house, and hopefully not our last!

House is very welcoming..the twenty-somethings in our group said it "felt like home" ..lots of spaces to hang out..deck was awesome..our son surfed right in front of the house one day..we could walk to "downtown Folly"for restaurants..shopping..and different vibe than summer..lots of stars at night and we had lots of sunshine! Can't wait to return!

Best and most beautiful family get-together place. It has everything and the ocean views are spectacular!

Pros: Beautiful home. Right on the beach. Lots of room and the ability to spread out. Master suite has a private beachfront balcony and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The house was very clean and the checkin was very simple. Pets are welcome & there’s a great little fenced-in area for you to take them out. Con: (full disclosure: we do not like to complain and also have strangers pop in on our vacation so we did not contact the owners across the street but then they live across the street so the assumption would be they stay pretty aware of the house). The air conditioning wasn’t working in the little apartment making it pretty unusable. There were boards on the pier popping up. We had toddlers so my husband nailed them back down. The cable was weird. Kept saying an unused box needed to be unplugged. We ended signing into all our streaming so that was fine. And the blinds on the windows. They were disintegrating. Throughout the house there were slats missing. No big deal. But the blinds on the door heading out…every time we raised them up slats kept falling out. We ended up having to take it down to keep it from completely disintegrating. All in all, it is a beautiful home and if you have a large group and want a home right on the beach this could be for you. And since the owners do live right across the street I’m sure they could have addressed some of the issues. And the little fenced-in area for my little pups? Super great.

Very clean, well furnished, with plenty of room for the 10 of us.

The house is a spacious beach home with great space inside and out. We really enjoyed our time and Alicia was very responsive to help when we needed anything.

Overall a good experience. For the price we paid I would expect the place to be in better shape.
