Brilliant staff, great value for money and location.

Maintenance work being completed near pool. woukd have been better to fully fence off the small area. created a lot of noise and dust. Will be finished now though and no major issue.

Apartment was lovely, pool area was close and not overcrowded. Very close to the sea and all the shops. Very quiet at night even though our bedroom window was at street level. Had pool and sea view.

Apartment could do with updating. But for the price I was happy. Air conditioning is really needed. Two big bins at the end if the street that smell very bad. Can't imagine why the council have them in such a populated area.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling, I nearly slipped as I was walking out of the room as so much water had dripped on the floor

Family of 6, 4 sharing a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious (room 511) with sea and pool view. 2 elderly family members sharing a one bedroom apartment, which was ideal for their needs as was located further down the hill with side access to the road. Both cleaned to a good standard. The pool area is lovely for the sun worshipers! Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

The patio furniture looks a little tired and the bathrooms could do with being refurbished.

Bathroom needs updating, apartment.needs a.bit of maintenance. Peoples.towels on sun deck beds for hours nor.been used when none available

Great location (live in Cornwall so the hill not a problem!), spacious apartment with a fairly decent sea view. Staff at reception very friendly and efficient. Nice little pool with a little snack bar - again friendly staff. The sun terrace had lovely views and caught the much needed breeze. Late check out for 25 euros was well worth it.

The evening heat was only just bearable with patio and back bedroom window open allowing a through draught. Didn't then sleep brilliantly, worried about security. Can understand environmental reasons for it not being a standard in Lanzorote but it might be a deal breaker if you need a cool room to sleep. Although paid extra for sea view, all sea view apartments overlook the top of restraunts on The Strip so the image (as well as the noise) of satalite dishes and extractor fans has to be overcome before you enjoy the sea.

we asked for an apartment with sea view and they gave us pool view . No soap in the bathroom very old style apartments . hairdryer absolutely bad quality , towels very small very poor service

Location and facilities were great for a beach vacation - nice pool and sunning area for guests, a very short walk from the beach.

While it was nice to have a kitchen in the apartment, there was no soap or sponges for washing the dishes. Also no soap in the bathroom until we asked for it.

Location, staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.

Not a personal dislike but the hilly access and amount of steps are not suitable with mobility issues.
