Obiekt w centrum, od najważniejszych zabytków dzieli nas kilkanaście minut spacerem. Blisko do metra skąd można dojechać na lotnisko. Wifi w pokoju bez zarzutu. Dostaliśmy przestronny pokój na najwyższym piętrze. W pokoju czajnik oraz kawa i herbata. Smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo blisko Lidl. Super stosunek jakości do ceny.
Śniadanie w kawiarni obok ale w niczym to nie przeszkadzało bo można było wejść bez wychodzenia na zewnątrz. Wybór tylko z karty.

La calidad del desayuno y la terraza donde se desayuna
La ubicación, dado que era una zona bastante insegura, especialmente de noche. El recepcionista muy poco amable y poco colaborador. Nos dieron un tercer piso, pero dado que el ascensor no funcionaba (se nos informó previamente a la reserva del hotel) se nos hizo bastante incómodo la subida con las maletas.
Las escaleras estaban en mal estado, y la habitación y baño no eran acorde a un hotel de 3 estrellas.
No recomendaría este hotel, únicamente si te alojas una noche y tienes que ir a la estación de bus/tren, ya que se encuentra cerca.

Läget var bra för oss, mellan busstation och centrum . Bekväma sängar . Rymligt rum . Frukosten var mycket bra med olika val . Kaffet hade kunnat vara lite starkare .
Hissen funkade ej då det var under renovering när vi bodde där.

The room was clean and okay. A tired bathroom. Make staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with luggage and other requests. We were unwell and said so but they could not have cared less. We had more support and a welcome from the cleaning lady who let us into our room and the laundry person.

It is not the first time we stayed in this hotel. I like the spacious rooms, the classic atmosphere, and the excellent central location, next to a metro station and close to the central station and busstation.

Camera ampia con balcone, letto comodo, bagno con doccia.
Posizione ideale per chi si muove a piedi o vuole usare i mezzi pubblici (tram, metro). La fermata Serdika è a 10 minuti a piedi, mentre la Cattedrale a 20 minuti.
Sotto un bar che apre alle 8:00 e chiude alle 20:00 ideale per colazioni e spuntini.
Si può pagare con la carta di credito sia al bar che nell’hotel.

Room 14.large airy room with sofa and kettle. I would have liked cups only 2 glass.but no big deal .breakfast was very good.served with a hot drink of your choice and fresh orange juice.loction was great metro and tram just outside the hotel.Bus station only 10 mins away on foot .Nice staff too
That ony a kettle was there.if you put a kettle I would expect cups too.so it was of no use

Hotel was in great location in the city Center almost 2 minutes walk from metro station. Room looks exactly as on the photos, everything was clean and comfortable. In the lobby is restaurant which serve breakfast and another snacks, which was so delicious. Receptionist was nice and answered for all my questions. I think it’s good value for money.

It was linked to the cafe 1920. It was obviously been decorated recently, keeping the place tidy and clean and fresh looking.
No bar for the evening. Little available locally (that I could find) for a meal 10 min walk.

Staff was friendly and great location and restaurant next to it.
I asked the front desk guy to order us a taxi where we can pay by card. We drove to the airport and the driver was really rude and told us only cash. We didn’t have to withdraw any cash the whole trip but at the airport right before leaving.

Lovely view from the room, and really nice space to unwind. We also had a bath in the room, and the bubble foam was a nice surprise.
We had asked the reception to book us an airport taxi for an early morning departure. When we got downstairs, no one was in reception and we had to manically find a taxi on our phones, and then hope like hell the receptionist was going to return in time to unlock the door and let us out. It was stressful, and could have been avoided.

The location of the hotel is perfect.
The man working in the reception is not warm welcome. The owner of the caffee is really rude. My friend wanted extra bread and waited approx. 20 minutes for it. Therefore, we have said that we are waiting for bread. She asked whether we have ordered or not and said that it will come if we order. It is really weird. The hotel room is not clean and the carpet in the room is really dirty and is covered in the dust. Hence we had problems about inhalation. Besides there are no slippers!
