Huone oli siisti, harmonisesti ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu, sopivan tilava kahdelle hengelle.
Aamiainen tarjosi markkinatori-meininkiä, joten rauhallisesta ja nautinnollisesta aamun avauksesta ei ollut tietoakaan. Koko aamiaisen logistiikka on huonosti suunniteltu, joten vaikea sitä on saada toimimaan.
Valitettavasti tämä aamiaiskokemus kahtena aamuna oli sen verran ikävä, että jatkossa valitaan puolison kanssa muualta. Tytär perheineen äänesti jaloilla ja he siirtyivät loppulomaksi muualle.
Työntekijöille tsemppiä, asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin hyvää, mutta täysin riittämätön vastaanotossa silloin, kun hotelli on täynnä, joten johdolle tästä moitteita.

Unbeatable location at the center. It's a brand new building and tastefully designed and furnished. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere in the dining room are very good, except for some blinding spotlights. Please be inspired by Alvar Aalto! Roof top is great - but for aperitif drinks you really should sell (or offer) snacks. Olives, pretzels or pop corn would make me stay.
Not enough staff in the reception desk. We often had to wait. When available, they were super kind but not so knowledgable on about the city, nearby restaurants or sites that are open on Monday (a big problem in this city!). The sauna times are ridiculously short. Few tourists can be at the hotel exactly for the 90 minutes it's open, right on dinner time. Indoor sound proofing is not great. There was music noise from neighbor room and a mechanical hum in my room heard esp. when placing your head on the pillow.

Bara en person som tog emot gäster i receptionen och det var lång kö. man vet när det är ut- alt incheckning och det bör vara med personal då.

Sänky ja peitto olivat niin mukavia, että nukuin parhaat unet koko lomani aikana. Ihana monipuolinen aamupala. Sijainti parhaalla mahdollisella paikalla. Kuntosali on hyvä ja ollaan oltu siellä aiemminkin. Harmiksemme emme kerenneet sinne tällä kertaa.
Tällaista olisi vain pakko keksimällä keksiä joten en keksi.

It is new and located at the very heart of the city. Desk and bar crew were kind and helpful.
-Outside was -6C degrees and you can only adjust the thermometer up to 23C. I do not know if they only expect Finnish guests but most of the people will hate that limitation. (they give a small oil heater if you demand and it comes from another hotel)
-Room service menu is limited and extremely over-priced.
-Room cleaning service is poor. During my 13 days of stay they made my bed only 5 to 6 times. When they enter for cleaning mostly only empty the bin and sweep the bathroom floor. No folding no dust removing no arranging obviously messy interiors.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. No traffic noises heard in the room even though our room was over busy street.
Had to wait for the seating in the breakfast room. Too crowded. Our room had not been cleaned and it was never done during our 3-night stay either. They just hastily made our beds and threw towels into the bathroom. I told a receptionist and later contacted the CEO whose assistant responded and is taking appropriate actions like training staff and have a better supervision.

It is the most advanced Scandic hotel that I have stayed in. Located in the Turku's central square and it has a kettle in the room I'm staying in.
Quite a distance to walk to the train station.

Breakfast was over the moon- good. The main reason why I would come back again. Toriparkki was very handy to leave our car.
I heard some noises from other rooms so it wasn't completely silent, but still on ok level.

Central location, great decoration, comfort beds, good quality breakfast and well-equipped gym.
The breakfast room and check-in were too crowded. On the 1st night, the music was the bar of the ninth floor was too loud, preventing to sleep.
