Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, the spa facilities are excellent, breakfast was delicious, the Bolzano card was an excellent way to see the area.

New clean and nice hotel room. But at the end things are missing which; from my point of view; are standard now a days. Like …. inroom coffee machine; drink glasses; a second basket …. The little things in life 😀.

Kombination aus Moderne und trotzdem gemütlich - Dachanlage bei schönem Wetter natürlich sehr einladend - auch der Barservice ist sehr angenehm; Hausbar mit Snacks(Pizzen) und sehr nettem, aufmerksamen Personal fanden wir auch sehr gemütlich; Überhaupt gilt dem netten, zuvorkommend Servicepersonal ein großes Lob!!!

Ho amato la colazione qui. Mi è piaciuto anche molto il bistrot presente al quinto piano. Lo staff è stato di una cordialità unica! La struttura è meravigliosa e offre davvero un'oasi di pace.
Devo menzionare che le piscine rooftop non sono state tanto utilizzabili se non nelle ore meno calde del giorno (prima delle 11 del mattino e abbondantemente dopo le 17) perché c'è pochissima ombra e il sole diventava insopportabile nelle fasce centrali. Inoltre, per un hotel di quel tipo e per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo un comfort maggiore nelle stanze (la camera era molto piccola, sopratutto il bagno, siamo stati appena 3 giorni altrimenti, alla lunga, queste dimensioni avrebbero reso il soggiorno peggiore) e accessori in più per l'igiene personale (non sono state inserite né cuffie, né shampoo, né balsamo, né una crema corpo) .

The gym and pools were brilliant. Car park ideal.
I didn’t like the dinner menus. I honestly couldn’t understand what I was paying for or what I could have to eat. Ate “unlimited” cold plain pizza from the buffet paid too much for it. English needs to be rewritten on the menus. This hotel is geared up for Germans or Italians.
Got told off for wearing a bikini - I was fine with it being a naked spa but I think the option should be given to those less confident.
Had to pay to rent robes and slippers even though we booked and paid extra for massages.
Room was in a separate building, no water in rooms just felt like an over priced budget hotel with no soul just a good spa facilities.

The hotel has excellent facilities, especially pool etc. Very smart and modern. Food was very good.

Great breakfast with a lot of different things, Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff, free parking in a secure garage, charging for electric vehicles.
The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but eventually we figured it out.

The kids loved the roof-top pool and the little slide made all of the difference.
Couldn't fault the choice at breakfast and the staff were the friendliest in the hotel.
Quiet - in spite of being pretty busy we were never disturbed by noise
In spite of having everything we could reasonably want, the hotel feels a little too functional / lacks soul. It definitely served a purpose but wasn't a memorable stay for that reason.

amazing facilities
whilst the hotel was modern the room wasn’t. I paid €25 for my dog and she wasn’t allowed anywhere. I was also not allowed to leave her for more than an hour in the room.
