L'accueil, la gentillesse des personnes qui étaient à la réception, le soir à notre arrivée, et le lendemain matin. Elles nous ont bien renseigné pour toutes les questions que nous leur posions, les lieux, magasins et parkings à trouver.
Nous avons apprécié aussi la bouilloire dans la chambre, avec les sachets pour une infusion ou du café.

L'ensemble chambre-toilettes était assez petit, les toilettes un peu exiguës, mais c'était assez pour une nuit.

Petit déjeuner pas top, même pas préparé, pain tout dur, 13 euros pour un buffet qui n'était même pas prêt alors que nous l'avons mentionné la veille. La personne du matin n'a pas vu de réservation sur son ordinateur pour notre chambre !

we didn't like breakfast and the area around the hotel. The area around the hotel looked very unsafe. We needed to ask hotel some additional information so we tried to call them many times but nobody answered the phone.

Overall, the hotel was ok. It was in line with our expectations of a 3 star hotel. However, the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is a very bad one. It is close to the center but it felt unsafe at all the time: people pickpocketing, people following us to the hotel. A very poor experience.
Be careful when booking this hotel: it is close to the center but in a very unfriendly neighborhood, especially at night. It was full of pickpocketers, drunk people.

The staff was very friendly, after complaining about the broken toilet-flush, we immediately got a new room.
The room was clean and the AC worked good. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of food and drinks.
The water in the shower was cold and got only warm after a veeeery long time of turning the shower on.
