Absolutely the best accommodation we've had during our stay in Fuerteventura. A large, bright apartment, located on the top floor on a lively street - a promenade. Incredibly clean, sensational equipped (even a kitchen scale!) Breakfast on the balcony, watching the town come to life, is a pleasure. The owner was very nice and helpful. If I ever return to the island, I will use this accommodation again.

Not the fault of the owner - there is a church nearby and the bells ring from 7 to 23 to 30 minutes Noises from the street for a person who is not used to it may be bothersome

The review's based on a satisfying 7-day stay of an adult with a 8-year old kid: The apartment is located in the very centre of Morro Jable. I travelled with my 8-year-old son and we spent a week in it. It's a (roughly) 70 sqm apartment composed of a living room with a balcony, a small, but decently equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom. It's functional, clean and cosy - it will comfortably host a couple or a couple with one kid. The living room holds a TV with Netflix and a router - the internet can be a bit slow if you were to send a 1GB file, but it's more than enough to perform the daily virtual functions: send mail, facebook, twit, watch a movie. The kitchen comes with almost everything you need to cook a small dinner. For coffee addicts, there's a Nespresso machine and an Italian coffeemaker; for tea lovers waits an electric kettle. Both living room and bedroom overlook a pedestrian area that at nights can get a bit noisy (voices, music, clatter of the blinds in restaurants), but if it ever was a nuisance to us, we were quick to get used to it, so it did not afflict our sleep. — In terms of the neighbourhood, everything is close by: the beach (a minute away), a playground, numerous restaurants, bars, shopping area (a Spar 3 minutes away) and many free-of-charge parking lots.

We really loved the location. It is only two minutes away from the beach. And you really feel like you are in the middle of very nice lively city. Still no problem to park the car though. There is a huge parking space maybe one minute away. We also enjoyed the balcony where you can have a drink and chill after a long day of activities.

Great location, sparkling clean and easy communication with Tina. Would definitely go back!
