Beautifully restored Victorian home. The owner, Kathy, was very nice and we enjoyed visiting with her during a delicious breakfast. The home is filled with antiques, very clean and charming. Our bed was very comfortable.

Didn't know that we would have to carry luggage upstairs. Wasn't a problem for us, but could have been an issue for others. Should have been on the website. Maybe we didn't see it.

Kathy is a terrific host and a fabulous cook! The breakfasts are amazing! Everything is very clean and all the antiques so interesting. The atmosphere was so welcoming we felt like we had come to Grandma's house. We were even allowed to gather in tne sitting room and watch a movie together while eating pizza. (There were 5 of us). Much more intimate than a hotel.

If you have bad knees request a lower floor room. My husband and I had the squirrel's nest which is at the very top. We didn't have a problem with the stairs and the room was fun and comfortable. My son had the master suite and it is huge and very comfortable and it doesnt have as many stairs to climb, However the bathroom had a folding door which would have bothered me but didnt bother him.
