Views were spectacular!!! Service was great. Staff was very helpful giving us suggestions and setting up driver & tours etc... Location was also amazing!

Our only complaint was the pools were not heated and there was not a hot tub so we were unable to swim and enjoy the beautiful pools.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast excellent. All staff very helpful. We ate dinner on two nights of our stay - very good quality. Like the quirkiness of the hillside layout. Good location on edge of main town but within easy walking distance to all central areas.

No receipts issued for purchases made in the hotel bar or restaurant. Hotel encouraged all charges to be made to room rather than accepting payment as you go, which added to stress when checking out.

beautiful interior space, nice large exterior space. wonderful place for lunch on the terrace. lounge with the bar was nicely decorated with wonderful paintings and antique furniture in a contemporary setting.

Food at dinner was very disappointing. but lunch and breakfast were fine.

This was quite simply the nicest Hotel we have ever stayed in. I wish I could stay again. The view from the pool is the best in the world. It felt cosy even though it is large. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. And the breakfast was surprisingly good as we weren't expecting much.

If it was more affordable we would have stayed longer.

The staff at breakfast were lovely and welcoming. The food was lovely and the pool was beautiful.

The staff on the front desk acted like a simple request for a taxi was a huge inconvenience for them and made us feel like we were bothering them. Was a bit disappointed by the view from the room which was described as a “garden view” but was actually just a massive stone wall which didn’t let any light in. We were charged for a bucket of ice (with no alcohol in) which was unusual for a hotel to charge for as well.

Lovely spacious hotel with a combination of traditional "Grand Hotel" public rooms and bedrooms yet with enough modern touches that it is uptodate. View was exception over the bay and Sorrento on a front facing room especially with balcony. Buffet breakfast was superb and they will cook your eggs just the way you want them. Huge selection of just about everything and coupled with the view out over the Bay of Naples and the town of Sorrento, it is hard to match.

Other than breakfast which was superb, we found the meals were less than mediocre at a rather high price which would have been fine if the food was good, but it wasn't. I have to qualify this since Italy is having the same staffing problems as the rest of the world and we feel that they may have lost their good cooks. But since they did not modify their prices, I would recommend you find someplace else for your meals in the town. But it is a lot more convenient especially when sun bathing around the 5 layered pools to eat at the pool bistro.
