Breakfast was very delicious. My favourite part was swimming pool.

Not bad but i ordered 2 fried eggs which isn’t included in the breakfast and they costed 8 euors.

Poor air conditioning system, couldn’t sleep at nIght. And the hotel needs a good renovation. The doors of the balcony needs to be changed cause you can’t see through them and broke my nails trying to open them.

The staff and hotel are amazing, really helpful and due to my very lack of Italian treated me like a human. So anything for you with a genuine smile.

This is nothing against the hotel and staff but the location is absolutely disgusting. The rubbish outside the hotel grounds. The lava grounds near the ocean and worst of all the plastic in the ocean was so so sad to see. Witnessed so many people just throwing there rubbish/smoke butts on the ground and into the ocean and these were young people. I was absolutely blown away how many smoke butts on the ground and on the rock Beach's. No respect for the environment at all. There is seriously nothing to do in that area, it's a horrible 20 minute bus ride into city to do anything but that was disgusting as well with really no outstanding features at of the dirtiest cities I have visited. Don't be fooled by lovely photos, it's a rubbish dump. The lack of respect for the rules is amazing. Certainly do not take young children on holiday there.

Location was perfect to visit Etna and wineries. Nice ce we fl main road location, very quiet at night. Hosts are great , everything and more supplied, above all others we gAve stayed. A vice espresso machine, naturals water bottles supplied in the refrigerator cold already. Excellent! Street floor -no steps! Large space fir an extended stay would be great!

The clerk mostly does not spek English eventhough Catania is a famous place for foreigners. The water closet is not working properly. The breakfast is very limited. The safe case is broken. The furniture is old and worn. The room is small comparing to other twin bed rooms.
