Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt von Palma. Super nettes und freundliches Personal, sowas habe ich selten erlebt. Die Zimmer sind nicht super groß, aber sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet.

The bed was comfortable. The location is quite central. We were offered a drink on arrival and storage of bags upon checkout.

The hotel is difficult to find, only accessible by stairs and down a lane way that stinks of urine. There is no elevator in the hotel to reach any level, except to the parking garage, which is annoying if you have luggage and a child. Our room was situated above the parking garage door, so whenever it opened or closed the sound of screeching metal filled the room. It was horrible. The bathroom drain was not attached. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room - BUT you need to go to reception to get the water to use them. This could be avoided by having the appliances filled and ready to use - or by simply supplying free bottled water for the guests. We wanted to use the pool and booked a time slot due to COVID regulations, which is great. But other guests were invited to be on the sun chairs in the pool area while we were there, which defeats the purpose of making the reservation. The blonde lady at the reception was rude and inhospitable. When we raised the points of our disappointing stay, there was no apology just a "we're fully booked" and a muttering under her breath as we walked away. She also touched our baby's face. This is normally pretty annoying, but just stupid and unacceptable in present corona times.

A chilled hotel in a great location

Beautiful courtyard. Comfortable beds. Staff were excellent.

Limited access to pool.

Great location. Cool set up. Very modern but welcoming. Drinks on arrival and lovely staff.

I’d like to have been able to lie by the pool for longer than an hour but I understand why you can’t.

The location and the service

Lovely location and style of hotel.

Guests are allowed to congregate in the courtyard till early hours (i.e till 3:30am in our experience) to make enough noise to keep many guests awake. Most bedrooms overlook the courtyard, so just be aware if you like unbroken sleep.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Dimitry on reception and Nico, the barman. Very good, central location and the bed was very comfortable.

The bar closed at 9pm. It would have been nice to have a nightcap in the bar after we had been out for dinner but this was not possible. Coffee and tea in the room were not replenished on the second day.

great vibe, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, nice set up with inner courtyard creating total peace in the midst of a busy Palma.

Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Great location and a lovely bedroom.

The alleyway from the main shopping street down to the hotel was smelly ☹️

The rooms interior design was delightful and super nice. The size of the room was much bigger than expected and I would definately come back. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.

The beds were not very comfortable, the mattress was much too hard and not cozy at all. It could be remedied with a simple mattress topper. I also had to change rooms when I got there because the room smelled of sewer and toilet but the staff were very quick to help me change rooms.

Everything! Great welcome, very comfortable and spacious room, fabulous breakfast.

Staff were very help and friendly and we were fortunate to be able to checkin early. The room was warm, comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room. The breakfast was extremely good for such a small boutique urban hotel with a very wide range and choice - all very fresh too. The ambiance of the reception and bar area was very nice together with the furnishings. Finally the location couldn’t have been better

This hotel is beautiful, the staff were so friendly and welcoming!! Breakfast food was such good quality (no idea why there’s complaints about the options!!) good location in terms of being very central

Sadly the walls were paper thin and we were woken up each morning at 6am to the sound of the streets being jetwashed so we have come home very tired 😞 we would return in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for this! We could also hear people in the rooms around us when they appeared to be talking quietly. Unsure if it was just our room but sadly ruined it for us
