Cleanliness on arrival, beautiful style, location, welcome and complimentary tea on arrival, helpfulness of staff.

Issue with water pressure - which was quickly resolved after informing the staff, the next day the water was not very hot - again fixed quickly after informing the staff.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. Vale la pena ir a Tetuán solamente por alojarte en El Reducto. Nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que habíamos reservado, muy amplia y sobre todo cómoda. El Riad es muy bonito, tiene una terraza que nos encantó, con vistas a toda la ciudad y dónde se puede desayunar. Es donde mejor comimos de toda la ciudad, muy recomendable. Si volvemos, repetiremos.

Fueron tan amables que nos ofrecieron una habitación superior sin coste adicional. Era una habitación de las mil y una noche, fantástica, con todo lujo de detalles marroquíes. Todo totalmente limpio y cómodo. Nos sentimos especiales, tanto por el lujo del Riad como por el trato del personal. También cenamos y estuvo muy bien. Fue una estancia de 10.

This is a very well appointed Riad. Very central in the Medina. Our room (which was the only one left), was the smallest but very well decorated and very comfortable. Only drawback was the noise from the restaurant below.... during busy afternoon service its very noisy (less so in the evening). The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere for dinner in the evening. The starters, of which we had the Manchego and houmous were excellent. Huge portions which could easily do two people for sharing, incredible value. The main courses of lamb couscous and grilled lamb did not match the starters. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected better from a Riad with a restaurant. Overall it was so well appointed and comfortable it still rates highly and perhaps we were just unlucky with the main courses....

Very noisy from the restaurant below, rooms in the annex immediately outside the riad likely more peaceful. WiFi was dreadful which was down to a router problem.

The overall experience was amazing. The staff was impeccable in all aspects (front desk, baggage, restaurant, housekeeping). I very much enjoyed my room, the Alejandria suite. Views from the Terrace were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner at El Reducto were excellent. Finally, great value.

the area kind of noise and not so clean but I guess is part of the experience, little far far from street so yo need to carry your luggage to get there, also not so clear how to get to the property and some how so narrow the ally

Beautiful place in the heart of Tétouan.

The interior and terrace were very beautiful.

It was quite noisy during the evening until 11.30/12pm, other than that it was nice.
