Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The layout was just as described and perfect for our group. We loved the location right at the beach and enjoyed the beautiful backyard, as well.

Our family had a fantastic time at this property. Its great for large families plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded . This was our second time at the property and wouod definitely rent again.

This was the perfect house for our family getaway with our grown children and baby granddaughter. The bedrooms with their own 1/2 bath was handy for all. It has a clean, comfortable and spacious living area. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the back deck and enjoying the view of the beach. Very easy access to the beach & walk to the city center. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels available too. Definitely would stay again.

This was our first time to Ocean Isle and we loved it! This wonderful home directly on Ocean Isle Beach and adjacent to the public beach access had all the amenities for a comfortable and lovely stay. Would stay here again!

Lots of room. Having to make all of the beds is an inconvenience especially when the proper sized sheets were not provided. Some poor cleaning issues. Will address with host. All in all it’s great place and great location.

We loved the house and really enjoyed having a bedroom with a private toilet in each room. The walk to the beach is a bit hard up the steps but the public access next door made it easy for us to lug our beach things out. Cute backyard the kids had a ball playing in while we sat on the porches and watched. The tv’s were super nice for after beach rests. The owner was very friendly and responded to our messages. We had everything we needed and can’t wait to come back next year!

Very nice location on the beach- right next to beach access if you have a cart to pull over the dunes- elevator was on and off at times- Unit could use new refrigerator in the future and knife block- could use a little more drink glasses- had to run the dishwasher after each meal. Planning on staying again next year. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Great house. Very well stocked. It has private beach access but is also next to public access. This is good for those older folks that cannot walk well on the soft sand.

Very nice home and perfect location to beach. Host was easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure accommodations were perfect. There is a lot of noise from upstairs unit, but it’s just the layout of the home. I will definitely stay again with family.

This is a very nice ocean ront beach property with lots of amenities for guests, and plenty of things to do nearby. The layout is good with four bedrooms and shared baths with ample greatroom living space. The lower level unit does have LOTS of noise from the above unit, despite the best intentions and admonishments from the owner. It seems to be relatively unavoidable, given the two levels instead of side-by-side. The owners were very considerate to make our stay as comfortable as possible with paper products, towels, cleaning, products, coffee, options, etc.. Our family really enjoyed our time together.

We had a wonderful week staying at this house. The location is great. The view from the huge window is beautiful. We really appreciated all the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked. There were spicies and other items to make cooking easy. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds and nice linens which we really appreciated. The outdoor area was wonderful also. Mary and Dan are wonderful hosts. Quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Having never been to Ocean Isle it was very exciting to see it for the first time as you cross the Intercoastal. To see the island, almost all of it within your field of vision is incredible. It looked very small against the backdrop of the Atlantic. We came on labor day, and there were TONS of people milling around. The house is just perfect, we didn't really need to bring anything as they provided everything down to beach toys! They had literally everything anyone could need to have fun on the beach. The views were incredible and you could really get used to seeing the ocean every morning. My wife and I sat each sunset on the back porch and listened to the waves crash as we surveyed the horizon for boats. After dark we took the kids on a nightwalk along the beach and saw so many little crabs! We actually caught a few (released later) and enjoyed chasing them around the beach. The water was perfect and our kids enjoyed the boogie boards and belly surfing. We built sand castles and made some new sea gull friends who would literally (in a gentle way) take some food from your hand. Everyone on the island was friendly. Food there was great too, and we had many a good mean while there. The house is huge, four big bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a connected shower/tub. The entire back of the house is made of windows and allow for an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of! You literally only need to bring food as the host has provided everything else. More so than anything, you felt safe. The island feels safe as small as it is. People wave, stop to talk, and it seems like no one is a stranger. The house blew our mind and we are definitely wanting to return.

Used it for a couples shower to honor my son and his bride-to-be. It was absolutely perfect. We cooked a low country boil outside and enjoyed it immensely. The place has everything you need and then some. We are already plotting a yearly event.

The pictures don’t do this rental justice. There is a lot of space, large bedrooms, all the mattresses were comfortable and the linens a good quality. The back yard and decks were enjoyed by our whole group. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook for our crowd. Also, the owner very generously allows guest use of two bikes and a lot of beach equipment. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Great beachfront location. Wonderful open floor plan and comfortable sleeping quarters for our party of 10. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Beautiful views! Would love to return to this lovely, comfortable beach house in the future.

This was our second time renting this property and it is just perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, clean and well kept, a better spot on the beach would be hard to find. The fridge is on the small size for a bigger family that will do some cooking as we do, also veggies and our salad froze. Tons of beach chairs, toys and even surf boards. You don't even need beach towels as there are plenty to choose from. Hosts are very responsive and easy to rent from. Great property.

We really enjoyed our stay last week! It's a perfectly placed property for a family with small children! Easy walk to the beach and a contained yard. Big, spacious house with room for everyone. Short drive to the stores. Upstairs noise was usual family noise and didn't really bother us or affect our vacation. Thank You!

We loved it!! Completely blown away by all of the amenities and all the comforts of home. The host was wonderful! Such quick responses to all of my questions. Great backyard and beautiful ocean views. Can’t say enough. Small downside was the noisy upstairs. Lots of little running feet early in the morning. But hard to be upset for long while in that beautiful home looking at that ocean.

Great property. Access straight to beach was perfect! Beach was never crowded. On site outdoor games was perfect for the family. Would rent again!

The inside is spacious, and lovely for large families with the in-suite half baths. We cooked breakfast each day and some dinners with the well stocked kitchen and you can’t beat the backyard (fire pit, horse shoes, beautiful porches and ocean overlook gazebo). The only thing keeping me from a 5-star review is it sounds like a parade upstairs when people walk around the bedrooms above the first floor. We were lucky to know the upstairs neighbors but definitely had to give them the heads up that even light waking was really loud. All and all the owners have done a great and generous job making this a lovely beach getaway! We had a wonderful time and would rent again.

Prefect getaway for my family for spring break. The home was beautiful and the property Manger responded quickly to any concerns we had. We will definitely be booking again.

Staid here while on a group vacation with friends. Loved the backyard amenities and all the items provided in the storage unit to be used in the backyard and at the beach. Overall, great property to stay and relax while getting a beach getaway.
