Great stay! Location was perfect! We had alot of fun and had everything we needed! We’d love to come back.

This is a great location if you're bringing a boat. The water is deep enough at the dock (over 2ft) and there's a ramp nearby. we parked 2 boats at the dock with no issue. The cove is quiet and protected from wind and wake.
The property is well kept, clean and as described. It has everything you need - a grill, nice kitchen with an island, and a large dining room table for the whole family to eat at.
If you have to work while on vacation, the internet is surprisingly good too.

We brought our boat for tubing, cousins bonded, my daughters birthday, swimming off the dock and our yellow lab Duke got played with to no end. Granddaughter Brenae

We've stayed here multiple times, and will definitely book again. We love the location, love that the house is pet friendly, and the size of home in reference to bed and baths. It's great for a large family, and worked well for our smaller group this stay. Perfect lake vacay stay!!

We had such a wonderful long weekend celebration of our daughter’s college graduation from nursing school! It was so nice to relax by the lake, grill, spend time with family and friends. The Pink Dog is a perfect place to enjoy the lake, with lots of space to relax and spend time together. We would highly recommend !

The Pink Dog is perfect for large families or multiple couples with kids and pets! It has a large back yard with a dock you can swim off of or just grab a float and relax! You can sit on the dock or enjoy one of the two balconies! I suggest morning coffee on one of the three! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever had at a lake house rental! And it has four bathrooms! Boats have easy access to the lake which is wonderful for relaxing, tubing and fishing! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lake house home! My family had an unforgettable trip!

2 grandmothers, 2 moms, and 5 kids ranging from 1 yr-15yr. Property was great and house was so welcoming. We had a lovely weekend just swimming off the dock and visiting.

We had a great time at your rental home. The set up and design were great. Kitchens and baths were clean, but could have been better. There was a lot of staining in the shower in the sinks. Nothing a little Ajax wouldn’t take care of it the house did it get a bit stuffy ceiling fans would be awesome, the dock was great. The chairs and umbrella came in handy very nice and quiet. Water was deep and clean. Thank you for having the extra floats underneath the house will definitely look into coming back.

Rented this property for our annual guy’s trip. The place was well suited for us. The renovations were very nice. We enjoyed the pier and the ability to have my dog with us. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again

We loved our stay at the Pink Dog! The house was perfect for what we needed. We had our kids (18,15,10), along with my sister with us. They were also kind enough to have our three dogs there with us. They love the lake. This house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Updated kitchen was perfect for accommodating lots of people. We had a great time playing games at night around the little table and chairs on the main floor. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Kids enjoyed having their own space to retreat to at night. We will be coming back!

The Pink Dog was an excellent place for our Memorial Day get together! It had plenty of room for three couples each with our own separate space on three different levels. We really enjoyed the spacious living area, decks, and beautiful dock to hang by the water. We will definitely consider staying here again next year!

We rented this property for my daughter’s graduation. It was perfect for family and friends to come and mingle and celebrate. The layout of the house was great! The owner was very helpful with questions and the dogs also had the best time. Will most definitely rent again!

This property was perfect for our family get away. There there were total of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 children ages 2 to 7. We also had one old dog. The private dock was a huge bonus as we brought our own boat and didn't have to trailer it daily after we played on the lake. The view of the night sky from the dock made for some beautiful stargazing and we were lucky to catch a coupke nights of meteor showers. The house was comfy for our big group and everyone had space for both privacy and togetherness. A wonderful, well stocked home with everything we could have asked for and more. We hope to go back again.

Just book it!!
What an amazing vacation our family of 8 and 2 boxers had this year!! The photos listed of this place does not do it justice. The mornings on the dock or on the back porch watching the smooth, glassy lake was my favorite. Occasionally, we would see little turtles coming up for air. So peaceful. The house was laid out so well for our family. Our teenagers had the entire downstairs to themselves. Even complete with a microwave for their popcorn! The top floor was perfect for our newly married son and his wife. The middle was just right for my husband and I. The kitchen was well stocked and a great place to fix meals or sandwiches. We rented a jet ski from H20 sports, highly recommend! It provided 2 days of fun and laughs! We brought our pontoon, the boat landing was so convenient and not crowed at all. The house has the perfect boat slip! We also enjoyed many hours of jumping off the dock, swimming and laying in the sun! It was a very relaxing vacation!

Kids had a blast jumping & swimming from the dock, I brought our boat, privet ramp, dock & slip behind the house, kids caught fish off the dock!! Everything & More!!! We will definitely be back! Fun lake house
Very well equipped. Nice decor. Plenty of room. We did have a problem with air conditioner and was without it for a couple of days. Owner did credit us a bit for the inconvenience

Perfect place to enjoy time away
We just returned from a 6 night stay at the Pink Dog and this property was perfect for us and our group of 8 adults and our small dogs. The house has everything you need “and more” to feel at home. The dock was large, and well maintained to dock our boat, with chairs and an umbrella to hang out, as well as floats in storage for use. The covered patio on the lower floor was so nice to enjoy, as well as the upstairs deck - plenty of room for everyone. Well shaded too. We loved our time there and made some great memories with our kids - would definitely return.

Perfect lake house for families and friends
We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely lake house. We have stayed in many lake houses and this is the best one we have found. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative. They have set up their home to be comfortable and accommodating to guests. Beds are all comfortable, and we loved having a living room on the main floor as well as one on the ground floor leading out to the back yard. The layout makes it a great house for an extended family vacation - or a vacation that includes some extra friends.
In addition to the home being lovely and comfortable inside, the outside spaces were also very nice. There are several spaces to sit and relax outside that provide pretty views and comfortable places to sit. The doc is large enough to sit with several people and play in the water. We brought our boat, and really appreciate the fact that the cove we were in had it's own boat ramp. Very convenient.
This was our first time at Lake Sinclair and from what we could tell, this house was in a great spot on the lake. A marina to fuel up our boat, or go out to eat, was not far away. And pretty views all around.
Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Perfect Lake Getaway!
We loved every minute of staying here. We had four teenagers with us and they loved the outdoor space for football and wiffle ball, along with the dock for fishing and the lake for swimming. The downstairs was a perfect hangout for them. My husband and I loved the deck and the kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely return!

Annual Lake Trip 2022
This was our third time renting this property, and it never disappoints. The owners have made several improvements to the deck area which adds to the functionality of the property. The house is spacious and well appointed, providing seating space indoors and out, covered and open, for the enjoyment of the guests. We plan to keep enjoying this property year after year.

Perfect spot!
Location was perfect for us! We have family that have a place 5 minutes away by water so having a dock for our boat with a neighborhood landing was great. Enjoyed all the gathering places outside. Two king bedrooms was nice too. Definitely plan to stay again!

Weekend to Remember
Lake Sinclair was a destination for celebrating our Daughter’s college graduation and this home was the perfect choice. The hosts actually contributed to our celebratIon by adding the cutest decorations, such a thoughtful touch. The home is better than pictures show! The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The entire house was really cute, well appointed with everything you need to just hang out and enjoy time with family and friends. We hope to visit again!!

Perfect lake house in a quiet cove.
My family rented this house for spring break so we could enjoy our new boat. We had a few days of good weather and a few days of bad. Even though we spent more time in the house than we did on the lake it was still a great trip. Good fishing from the dock and the house was well equipped for the rainy days. We hope to come back this summer.

My family had fun and recommend this great place.
I enjoyed the layout of the property. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen included all the items needed and more. We enjoyed the fire pit next to the water and boat dock. It's a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy quality family time.

This was our second year staying at this home for thanksgiving, so glad we got to stay here again. It’s a lovely and very comfortable home. We look forward to hopefully spending another thanksgiving here. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay here again!

Private Lake Cottage
We stayed with our family of 6 at this house. It was private, quiet and on a beautiful part of the lake. Neighbors were nice, and we felt very comfortable taking family walks every morning down the street. House was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was exactly as listed. Thank you!

RENTER BEWARE: Property was great until our car was vandalized
The house ITSELF tidy, acceptable, and a nice location. Plenty of bedrooms for the whole family. check in process was quick and painless. Our stay was entirely pleasant until.... we came back from the lack to find someone had thrown a sizable rock through the back windshield of one of the cars, which was parked DIRECTLY in front of the house. When we notified the owner Rick, he said "it's not my problem, the house is in rural georgia and I can't account for that. Go figure out who the local police are and call them" ... as if it being in rural georgia was an excuse for vandalism!!! The least he could have done was be polite, but that seemed too much for the man.
Fortunately the putnam county sherifs office was incredibly efficient (got to us in 15 mins), professional, and kind.
SO - if you don't much mind the risk of having your car vandalized and dealing with a rude and unprofessional owner/manager, then rent away.
As for us, we will not be renting this property again or recommending it to anyone.
