The staff behind the reception desk were amazing. Very friendly and helped us with everything we asked them for, it's just a shame that some of the other staff (breakfast waitresses) let them down. Credit to the receptionists 100%

The breakfast staff were really rude every single day we went to eat. It got to the point were I didn't even want to eat breakfast there as I felt unwelcomed. Our room was nice and fine until we were trying to sleep, the heating was on constantly and the hotel people apparently knew about it and didn't inform us.. we then had to move rooms at 1am which is awful.

First we got a room facing the street but it was too loud, especially when a tram passes. Fortunately, the receptionist offered us a quieter room on the other side of the building. The wellness area is very good with heated seats and dry sauna.

There wasn't too much choice for breakfast. Always the same set of warm dishes. I'd expect more of a 5-star hotel. The room we got was quiet (facing the river, but no view) and comfortable, but the shower was a bit small and old.

Great location, only a short walk from Krakow old town. The food was exceptional, and they catered for dietary needs really well. The spa was exceptional, pretty, clean, and relaxing. It's worth booking a space as it can get busy.

Staff were professional but cold. They were not overly welcoming. Only the spa staff were friendly and reflected how nice the hotel and location were.

The room was large.

Great location by the River very close to public transport

The location was perfect just over the river and a short walk away from the main square.

The bed was uncomfortable for a 5 star Hotel.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, stuff was very kind. There are two really good restaurants in the hotel. There is underground parking in the hotel. (additional changes). Hardly recommend to stay

Some times there was some smell in the bathroom. A little bit noisy.

This place was literally perfect. Everything from the colours and design, to the staff, to the breakfast, their humble patience and the love we felt. The food was great too and the location was wonderful. Breakfast on the balcony facing the river was a beautiful bonus and I look forward very much to visit again.
