La piscina comunitaria se encuentra cerca y hay canchas de tenis en el lugar. Hay mucho para disfrutar en el área, White Water Center, eventos NASCAR, equitación, muchos campos de golf. ¡Una variedad de excelentes restaurantes Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson y Mooresville! Uptown Charlotte y Charlotte Motor Speedway están a solo 20 minutos. El centro comercial Birkdale se encuentra a cinco minutos en coche. Jetton Park tiene muchos senderos para caminar y un área de juegos para niños.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and a cozy, comfortable home away from home feel, then this place is the perfect spot for you. My stay at this VRBO was simply wonderful and exceeded all my expectations.
The location was truly stunning, situated right on the edge of the incredible Lake Norman. The peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous scenery instantly reminded us why we love this area.
The accommodation itself was equally impressive. The condo was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful views. I particularly loved the patio, which was the ideal place to sit and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
The host communicated very well and made us feel very warm and welcome. Highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely spectacular. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook meals & it was decorated beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable (which almost never happens) & the bathtub/showers were perfect. I have used VRBO for the last 12-13 years & I can honestly say this was my most favorite place we’ve stayed at.
Everything was very thoughtfully planned to make your stay very comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. Very rare when staying at someone else’s property.
We took walks each evening around the property, sat on the porch in the mornings & evenings & had a wonderful dinner at the Port City Club (two minute walk from the condo). And it was in perfect proximity to visit the different towns around & shopping! Don’t pass this property up! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
And most importantly, the host/owners were very responsive & kept us in the loop of check in & check out procedures. It could not have been any easier!! We will be back!!

We would definitely stay here again! The beds are super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and condo was very clean. It was stocked nicely and was the perfect distance to downtown!

The hosts thought of everything we could possibly need. Great view. Nice decorating. Helpful “labeling” and instructions on how to use things. The property manager was on top of our stay. Just one little thing, I like to walk around barefoot and my feet would get dirty.

We stayed at this same property 2 years ago and when planning another January family visit to Lake Norman, I knew we had to stay at this location again. Location is perfect to outdoor parks and grocery stores. Water views from the unit are beautiful even though it’s too cold to get on the lake. Property manager is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was immaculate and extra comfortable. It provided the perfect retreat to relax and restore. The host was so attentive and the accomdations left no stone unturned making the stay perfect!

This past October was our second time at this wonderful property. It was perfect...even better than last year if that's possible. The unit was immaculate, and the little extras the host provided made our stay very enjoyable.
The property manager, Tina, was great and always quick to answer any question we might have had. The attention to detail was amazing.

My husband and I have rented many houses and condos over the years. This was by far the most comfortable and peaceful place we have rented. The online listing is 100% accurate. We had everything available in the condo that we could possibly need. The neighborhood is beautiful and a great place to walk. The property manager was always available if we had questions. We would definitely rent here again.

It was an opportunity for my wife and I to visit Lake Norman, get some R&R and also visit my son and his wife that live in the Charlotte area. We had a great time, the property was awesome as if the owners thought of anything and everything that one could need, well stocked. It felt like home away from home, thank you so much for a great stay.

We were in the area to drop off our son at Davidson college. This place worked out perfectly. Close to Davidson, shopping areas and many restaurants in Cornelius. It is a well furnished and well stocked apartment. Worked very well for us. Great communication with the property manager. Will go back here again when we come back to visit our son at college.

Absolutely fantastic and luxurious property right on the lake. Great communication with the friendly owner. Nearby access to several parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Everything you could need inside the condo. Highly recommend!

The check in process could not have been easier. Once we got to the condo everything was in place. Lots of room and very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn't find, an ice cream scoop! I'm serious, everything else was there. We used everything in the condo. Had a little issue with the TV (again, no big deal), and the manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this place for any one!!!

We enjoyed the Lake Norman area very much, and the condo was an excellent launch point for investigation of the area. Waking up every morning and sitting out on the porch with the lake view was calming, something I could get real used to!
The condo was well equipped with high quality items throughout and the communication with the owner was spot on and timely!

Extremely well equipped 3BR/2BA unit on 3rd floor accessible by stairs or elevator with pool, tennis, lake and restaurant on property. Close to several great groceries and other amenities.

Tina was very attentive from the start. The location was ideal for us and the condo was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed time on the deck overlooking the lake. We all felt is was one of the most relaxing vacations we ever had!!

The unit is quiet, with great access to Port City Club Restaurant. Third floor unit has high ceilings. It is beautifully appointed and the view is wonderful, as is the balcony. The unit is very well stocked with almost every necessity and convenience you could imagine. The property manager was unbelievebly good, answering questions, texting, making us feel comfortable. We know we'll be returning!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful condo with our young kids and family. The place is clean and has everything you need, very comfortable. The view of the lake is the best part, as well as the location. We will definitely have family and friends stay here when they are in town!

It is a great condo very close to Cornelius and Davidson. Very quiet and in great shape. The only issue we had was the television. It kept freezing up and we couldn't watch anything.

What a wonderful surprise we had in store for us in the two weeks we spent here in October. Great weather, good eats and a fantastic condo. We couldn't ask for anything better. The unit was fully equipped, very clean with terrific attention to detail to make for a comfortable stay. Also, Tina was available for any questions, tips or recommendations. This property was awesome. Everything you need is there. Phone chargers, kitchen appliances, laundry products, hangers for clothes, blankets, & even a few snacks in the kitchen. We took our 4 year old to great wolf lodge & my parents came to help with our 7 week old. The condo is quiet, the patio area is nice. Our 4 year old enjoyed fishing right off the dock behind the condo. The restaurant next door is so good! And there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants & shopping areas near by. Definitely recommend staying here.

Checking in was a breeze.There was six of us in the three bedroom and everyone was comfortable. The condo was clean, well furnished and had everything just like home for cooking or mostly anything else. We had a great view from the balcony and could spend time outside at night. A couple of things happened but the property manager was working hard to make sure that we were going to be comfortable and have a great vacation. The air conditioner went out, the key code lock on the front door had issues but with communication the team resolved the issues and even helped us out for any inconvenience. I would rent this property again. Great place to stay and even better service. Thanks so much.

Very clean. Perfect amount of space for our 2 families with children ranging from ages 5 to 19. Had everything we needed and close to everything! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo very nice clean and comfortable...Loved views of the lake...Enjoyed walking path....Tina the property manager very kind and helpful...my only negatives were all the additional fees/extra charges that drove the rental costs up by 700 to 800 dollars...That bothered me a bit...
