The hotel is excellent, very nicely renovated it seems and the staff was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect, right at the center of the city and near the main beach. The room was clean with a large window for fresh air and sun. The hotel has a nice terrasse where you can have a drink or a coffee in the morning. The parking was super helpful and right next to the hotel. The stay was short but very agreeable. I recommend this hotel.

Not much, the stay was really great. The bathroom was a little small I must say but I managed to have a nice shower.

This is a small family owned hotel in central Le Lavandou. It offers exceptional value for money. In May I paid £350 for six nights bed and breakfast. The owners and staff, two of whom are Julie and Alexandra are so helpful and welcoming and speak good English. The hotel is exceptionally clean,a really comfortable bed and good quality linen and soft pillows. It also has good internet reception and a small but excellent bathroom. Breakfast is classic French, good coffee and very fresh bread. No restaurant on the premises but a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, as are the local buses. A good beach on the doorstep and several others within easy walking distance. The bus stops also were no more than a 100 metres in either direction. As I am a single older lady using public transport I found the whole experience of travelling to and from Marseille airport trouble free.

There was nothing I disliked. One thing worth mentioning is that there is no lift. However the owner helped me carry a rather heavy case to the third floor. The road runs below the hotel which is on a slight rise. I had a room facing the hillside at the rear of the building and found it very quiet... the rooms facing the sea might catch a small amount of traffic noise.

Just renovated, clean, fresh, light and bright. We had a room with patio at the back, very quiet. Bed is a little small and the shower very narrow, but overall it is a fine room. We stayed just 1 night. A beautiful terras for breakfast with lots of plants and beautiful furniture and parasols. Location is top, 4 minutes walking to the centre and free parking! Simple breakfast but good. The staff is super kindly. I really can recommend to stay here.

Shower room could do with an update. One thing I did notice is my balcony door didn't lock, but the balcony itself would be very difficult to access from the outside. So no major security concern.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and attractive breakfast serving areas (terrace as well as an indoor area)...the breakfast is decent and fairly-priced at 8.50 Euros. The room was quiet and the sea view from my 3rd floor balcony was impressive. Cleo, the 21 year-old cat in the lobby, was adorable!

There are SO MANY stairs to climb to get to the upper floors with your bags! no lift (elevator)! It would be better if there were someone available to help the guest carry large bags up the stairs upon check-in. It can be exhausting, especially on hot days. The Reception is open only until 7 p.m. (check-in can occur later by special arrangement).

I travelled alone to Bormes les Mimosa to see my family. I liked the location and friendly staff. Breakfast was serviced on the terrace, which was very pleasant. It was just little noisy in the room when people shut the door. Otherwise it was good for a value of money.

The hotel is situated in walking distance to the center, restaurants, coffees and the beach. The room was small but had everything needed. We liked the nice drawings and decoration.

The hotel is close to the beach. You can find many restaurants in the neighborhood. Free parking is very useful as there are not much parking spaces.

The room was on 3rd floor, and there was no elevator. The bathroom was super small, and the shower was just next to the toilet (no cabinet) and every time you take a shower the whole toilet/bathroom was soaked in water. and the shower fits one person (not convenient even for one person). We were asked to put the dirty sheets and towels in a basket when would like to change them, we put the sheets after two days of use, and the cleaning lady came to us angry that you should do it every 3 days not two! Very strange reaction without even informing us. The internet also was not working for us, so we just used our mobile connection.
