Peaceful oasis in the middle of busy Kuta. Nice clean pool, big rooms, aircon, hot showers, nice breakfast.

The hotel is down a quiet alley , almost an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the main street, Rooms and en suite where modern and very clean, central pool with swim up bar was excellent , motorbike and Bemo rental at hotel front door

Hard to fault this place as its rated 3 star and better than a lot of higher rated hotels ive stayed in , while the wifi was good in general i had problems with my cromecast when i used it in my room , nothing major

location just perfect right in the Centre of kuta and just 10min walk to go to Kuta Beach staff super nice, really friendly and super helpful.

Close to everything, staff were excellent, layout good, pool was clean and fresh, house keeping was done daily,

Over the the 10 days we only showered 3 times with warm water the rest it was cold, waking up in the morning to the bottles and ashtrays still around. Car poo out side the door for 3 days. The hotel badly needs matenence, broken tiles ect, also breakfast needs to be looked at, no milk no juice at times. Can't blame covid for the slackness every time..

The sheets were lightly stained even though they were clean.

Location is superb. Walking distance to every main attraction in Kuta. Probably the best internet connection compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Bali. Prefilled fridge in the room, with cola, Sprite and Bintang (the drinks are not free, but very convenient).

One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because it's right next to Sky Garden, but upon my arrival it turned out Sky Garden has been closed by the Bali police. Toilet in the room doesn't flush properly. Either needs more water pressure or a different bowl design.

Small hotel. We really enjoyed the swim up bar and pool. Staff were fsbulous

The Niche is a smaller hotel so you are not falling over hundreds of other guests, always a vacant sun bed by the pool or a seat at the pool bar. Room service is quick if you want it. Situated in a great location for bars, eateries, shopping and nightlife without the noise, very relaxing. The staff are very helpful and are happy to chat if you wish but also happy to just give you a smile if you don't. Room clean, bed very comfortable, own balcony (stayed in Superior Double room), good hot water, good aircon, room good size, two small bottles of water daily in bathroom and power points Indonesian with one twin Australian outlet over desk. Beer not as cheap as some bars in area but still a good price, had two cocktails (Bloody Mary / Long Island Ice Tea) and both very good.

Hotel is down a laneway (why it is so quite), go for one walk and you will be all over location. Did read issues with taxi drivers locating, mine had no issue Just a note: never felt unsafe walking down laneway
