Family run and they were so friendly and helpful. The location is fairly quiet as out of the town but only a 10/15 minute walk in. Lovely pool (although it was too early to try it in April) and nice views from my spacious room. Minta provides superb value for money and is kept very clean. Thanks for the lift to the bus stop and I hope to return one day.

Ali the owner and his family are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and spacious we had the room cleaned and clean towels twice a week. The food and drink purchased at the restaurant was cooked by Ali's wife was very reasonable and lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Loved that it was slightly out of town, great value and nice and quiet.

Great location - easy to walk into town and access restaurants, the beach etc - and just around the corner from the Saturday market. Hosts very friendly and apartment clean with nice balcony.

Wifi was sporadic and rarely worked on more than one device (although not a problem as on holiday, but it would be difficult if you needed to work). And while this wasn't an issue, the host wanted a cash payment, rather than a credit/debit card.

Comfortable and very clean apartment with a beautiful pool and terrace. The owners are the nicest people who cannot do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. The onsite restaurant is excellent and is cheaper than restaurants in town.

There were no negative aspects from our perspective. It is a ten minute walk into town which might be an issue for some people.

Lovely apartment with balcony and clean sparkling pool. Three generations of family run it who were friendly and helpful 8 minute walk to supermarket and a few more minutes to get to the riverfront. The apartments are in a quiet residential area.

I like the location and envirment of apartment.Mr ALI the owner and his lovely family always welling to help even he is the one take us with his own car to bus station nice swimming pool and testy food I recommend this apartment strongly.next time if we visit dalyan this apartment will be our place.thanks again tor.Ali and his lovely family.
